We got a deal here from Living Socials, it included 1 day bike rental, Ben & Jerry's Ice cream, a wonderful Lobster dinner and breakfast each morning. The deal was a good one, but I got a little concerned when I read some of the reviews. Well I am pleased to say this family run motel was wonderful, from Judy...

We enjoyed having you. I particularly appreciate your remarks about the reviews making you apprehensive about our motel. We try very hard to depict ourselves exactly as we are: an older motel, which is not fancy, but charming in its own way with a very caring staff. "Homey and cozy" is what we are trying for. Thank you for your...

Has a very different, nicer look than all the other bland motels on Rt 6. Grounds are beautiful and the rooms charming. Breakfasts were fabulous. Family owned so you really get the feel that they value your business. Great location -- easy drive to P-Town and the some of the nicest beaches in the country are right in their backyard....

Thirty years ago, when my husband and I bought this motel, the reason we did so was because of the location. After many years of 'toil and strife" and "joy and satisfaction" I still love the location. Thanks for your kind works and please come again soon. Judy

I am very sorry that your stay here was so unsuccessful. Regardless of your remarks, and as evidenced by most of our reviews, we are very proud of our property and we work hard to insure that our guests have fun. I know this is poor marketing practice; however, I cannot leave your unfair accusations unanswered. To allude to a...

An Absolutely great place to stay on the lower Cape. Town Crier is familty owned and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are cozy, comfy and clean. The price probably is the best in that area. The location is near all the wonderful beaches including the Cape Cod National Seashore. Remember ocean one side and bay the other side. The...

I had a lovely visit at the Town Crier last weekend. This motel is a refreshing change from the commercialism and sterile uniformity of hotels. The restaurant is eclectically decorated, with art work as well as retro signs. Each room has a slightly different decor. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the indoor pool area is sunny and bright. The...

I checked into the Town Crier because the price was reasonable and it was close to people I was visiting in the area. The first room I was assigned was next to a family with kids and I need quiet to sleep. A very nice maid referred me to the desk and Judy (receptionist) changed my room to a quieter...

We first found Town Crier Motel on a Groupon. The deal was so good, we couldn't resist. We were new to Cape Cod, so really didn't realize till we got there what a great location this motel is. It is so close to so much of what we have come to love about the Lower Cape. We can either enjoy...

The town crier was a great place to visit. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. We all had a great time in the game room. Conveniently located near the national seashore. I cannot wait to visit again.

Thank you so much for your kind words. That game room has had a lot of laughter in it and I am so happy you enjoyed it. Most people who come here don't have time to play down there. I am also glad you enjoyed the gorgeous National Seashore. Looking forward to having you again

Nice family run motel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Mini fridge and micro in every room. Pool which is nice, but why use the pool when you are so close to amazing Cape Cod beaches. National seashore and great "Clam shacks" close by. Centrally located to everything. Quiet and right on the rec path.. Very nice place.
