We stayed in the Rockwell Room (in room bath) while my daughter stayed in the Blueberry Room. Both were nice and clean and very comfortable. Morning breakfast was excellent as was the friendly hosting by Sue and Dennis. Nice views of Mt. Tom from the Blueberry Room. I can't say how happy we were that we stayed here.

My husband and I were looking for a bed and breakfast near Mt Tom for a last minute, late fall hike. Park Street Bed and Breakfast is the closest place to stay to the Mountain and being late in the leaf-peeping season, we were able to get a room with 24 hour notice. Park Street Bed and Breakfast was perfect...

I stayed in the Rockwell room (with private bath) for a week. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Sitting area is so nice with the fireplace/stove to take the chill off. Sue & Dennis were great hosts. Already missing the fresh fruit and coffee on the table each morning. Looking forward to staying on my next visit to...

We've stayed at various places while at college and high school reunions in the area and this is by far the best. Also the only place that does not double or triple their low rates during graduation/reunion weekends, they stay the same all year. The Rockwell room is the one with a private bath, I believe the website has it...

When we got there, we already regretted we're gonna stay only one night. The house is beautiful and spotless, the rooms are warm and lovely and well decorated. The host were so nice and ready to help with anything we asked, they even prepared before we came an itinerary for a maple sugaring tour, after I mentioned over the phone...

The first thing I noticed about the Park Street B&B was how fresh and clean it was; neat freaks would feel comfy here. Sue accommodated my late arrival and I went straight to bed in the Blueberry room, between lovely high thread-count sheets. The three rooms in the inn are fairly close together but I didn't hear a peep from...

This is a lovely place, located in a quiet area of Easthampton. Beautiful back yard. The bed was comfy, the room spacious. Dennis and Sue are friendly hosts. Weekend breakfasts were so good and so large we didn't really need lunch. Excellent value for amount paid too. I highly recommend.

This is the nicest B&B my husband and I have ever stayed at. The hosts Sue and Dennis are warm, welcoming, and experienced. The B&B has beautiful hardwood floors, art, and antiques, but no kitsch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Rockwell room, which has a private bath. We will be back!

Just ended our second stay at Park Street B&B and are returning for a summer vacation. Each room is tastefully decorated and light filled (and the windows open which is not possible at many hotels). The breakfast is beautifully laid out each morning and the coffee is good (not weak or lacking taste). A casual and welcoming atmosphere prevails. Hosts...

I've stayed in many many B&Bs and Park Street rates near the top. In fact, the Blueberry Room is perhaps the best room I've ever had (without a bathroom, that is...). Quiet room with view of meadow and mountains. Had the best late afternoon nap ever there, after a 9+ hour drive. Owners are very nice, non-intrusive. Great continental breakfast....
