We are here for the Cape 1/2 marathon and stayed here for the second time. As other reviews have stated this is an old school, in town property . Clean and priced right. Their service was professional .We will be back next year.

Better than expected this quaint motel is in lovely Falmouth just off Main St. The area is a true gem safe and lovely to walk around. This is room only and has basic amenities but clean and very comfortable. Would have loved to have a fridge and coffee machine in the room although there is drinks in the reception you... More

The 2nd time we've stayed there and have loved it both times. Staying within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in down town Falmouth is fantastic. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff will go out of their way to make sure your comfortable, and have what you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Completely unbelievable experience at this motel. The owner (virginia) was extremely rude! Also, room appeared clean however smelled musty and covered up with the smell of pine sol. I would not recommend staying here, although it is cheaper than other hotels in the area, it would be worth it to pay the difference.

This motel was established in 1950, and it hasn't been updated since. That's not necessarily a bad thing - it's very retro and quaint. It's also IMMACULATE. The rooms are squeaky clean. The two women who checked us in were a hoot and a half - super friendly, funny and extremely helpful. If you don't mind wood paneling, jalousie windows... More

This is our second time staying at Town and Beach motel. The location is perfect - can walk or bike to beach, 1 min stroll to excellent restaurants, located in the heart of the quaint town of Falmouth. If you need a four star place to stay with luxury accommodations this is not your place. But I promise you, this... More

We were looking for an affordable and clean spot to call home base for our day trip to Martha's Vineyard. The Town and Beach Motel was a gem. Our room was immaculate and charming. The inviting flowers and fauna were cheery and bright and owner Virginia was extraordinarily helpful and attentive. We stayed an extra night to make our visit... More

Literally, a strip motel consisting of a small number of rooms, each with its own entrance from the outside parking lot and with parking right across from it. This place is at the bottom of acceptability. Yet, it does the job inexpensively during summer when Falmouth is crowded. (Not sure if the place is open in winter). Bathroom is small... More

I stayed here in July for an overnight so that I might catch to ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I had no idea that this small gem was just what I was looking for. The owner was very available to give advice on where to eat, what to do and was very accommodating. The motel is so clean and so cool-... More
