I had no idea we would be put in a room at the very bottom of a hill. The stairs were not easy going up and down for us and especially the night of the thunderstorm! Taking the suitcases from the top parking lot down was quite hard. We should have requested a handicapped room. Never had to do this...

As beautiful as the place is furnished, decorated, and maintained, most of the rooms are in "The Village", which overlooks a meadow and pond....which could qualify as a hazardous waste site! There are geese and goose dander everywhere. It's just horrible, so you better not think you can stroll around those premises. If you're okay with staying inside, and can...

Stayed here last year in one if the rooms down back near the pond. Does need updating but my room was clean and comfortable. Glad I had the opportunity before this Inn is sold and gone forever. Had to do this review to post the possible sale! Staff was wonderful!

We were looking for a few nights in a quintessential Cape Cod Inn and we found it! The location was perfect, sitting atop Jones Pond. The rooms were clean, food excellent, and staff, warm and friendly. Great value for our money. Highly recommend!

Had an expectation that this inn would be old but well maintained and clean - it was very neglected and shabby. Had a 2bdrm/2bath unit that had old window A/C's that were plugged into extension cords as there were no outlets close enough - VERY dangerous!! The breakfast was a bit disgusting as the dishes (every morning) had old food...

The layout of this inn is charming and the rooms are comfortable and very clean (perfect temp and pressure in the shower, too). Contintental breakfast featured lots of ripe fruit and much-better-than-usual pastries, and the handsome dining room made it feel a step up from most such breakfasts. I can see this inn being a lovely location for a wedding...

Exterior grounds are not maintained well. Weeds everywhere and overgrown shrubs blocking pathways. Laundry rooms and work sheds visible. Room adequate but bathroom very small. Only view from room 6 is a chain link fence and work areas. Certainly not worth the price.

We had an excellent check-in experience with Dee as she was courteous, knowledgable and welcoming. Our room was charming, large, quiet and clean. Function Manager Don Barnes couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and kind. He gave us an interesting primer on the property and was an expert at managing the wedding which we were attending, no small feat! A...

We go to the Coonamassett Inn at least twice every summer, and we always have such a great time. The rooms are beautiful, the dining room is full of charm, the food is great, and the people are fabulous! We have a five-year-old autistic son, and it is hard for him to feel comfortable outside of his home, but he...

We stayed here for a wedding. Lots of different choices for rooms so I would recommend that you find out your specific location if you book. We had Room 23 which was on the the first floor end and faced the parking lot. Lots of road noise and noise from the unit above. There are no elevators, but you can...
