We were located in the lodge part of the hotel. The rooms are quite small but very clean and totally updated. If there is only two people, it is perfectly fine. The continental breakfast is small but adequate.

Everything was excellent, clean room, spaciously and fair for the price. Staff was friendly, my wife and I loved staying there, near Falmouth downtown and parking for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We would love to stay there again!!!!!!
