Stopped here as I was traveling through. It is an older property, but the room I stayed in was very clean and let's be honest, that's what matters most! The person that checked me in was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

WE stayed here one night after visiting MIT and Harvard in Boston , this is a place near Boston where you can find cheaper hotels . The hotel is situated at the back side of a hill off the road and the sign is small so its quite difficult to find especially at night . The hotel is old and has many rooms , the smell is strong and we have to open the door and window to bleed out the air . The wifi is not strong enough if you are further away from the office . Plenty of parking for sure and the breakfast is not bad . There is another problem with the heater in the room , its build into the wall next to the head board of the bed , so your head is keep warm throughout the night which needlessly to say is a nuisance . We have to switch direction and sleep with head on the end of the ned to avoid the heat coming from below the head board . But anyway its a convenient place to stay for the night if you left Boston for NY as its next to the freeway down south , which would save you an hour or even two if you stay in Boston and want to drive out for NY in the morning . There are many shops and eateries near the hotel so you wont have to waste time looking . All in all , money for value and convenience , this hotel is acceptable

Don’t stop. Safer to sleep in your car than to having ticks on you. No pets allowed it said at reception only to see people walking around with their dogs. WTFF?! Banged up fridge making noises all night til I pulled the plug. It’s fine if you arrive very late and have to check out early, both when it’s dark outside so you don’t see what the place really looks like. For the prices they charge, at least include some bug spray next to the toiletries.

1.) They give conflicting reasons why they are charging you a higher price than you knew of. You might hear because "its after 7 pm" or "We change the prices daily depending on the weather" My daughter and I were told these reasons at two different times, same front clerk, 10 minutes part. 2.) For a rate of $121.75 you might find that A.) your room smells like, I don't even know why it had such an awful smell. B.) Everything looking dirty and dingy. C.) The sounds of mice squeaking coming from the bathroom area. 3.) If after 10 -15 minutes in a room like the one I describe above, you decide you want to leave, and the clerk does the refund paper work, make sure you keep that refund receipt. because if the clerk happens to screw it up, and double charges your account, the manager will play possum all day long refusing to deal with you, and the clerk that finally tells you he left for the day will expect you to drive out of your way to go all the way back there to bring and show them your bank statements that they really don't need to see, in order to be able to tell that they took money from your account. You will need this paper for the dispute you have to file with the bank over what really should have been an easy fix if the manager had not told everyone to tell you he "just stepped out" to eventually "left for the day" every time you'd call back all day. This was MY personal experience of this place, and it was my worst thus far.

We needed a one night stay near boston after an international trip. We chose this hotel due to the cheaper price and unfortunately did not read the prior reviews which was a horrible mistake. This hotel is absolutely disqusting. I reserved online through Cheap Tickets and reserved a confirmation email. The front desk stated they had no reservation and told me to call Cheap Tickets which I did and they faxed over the reservation. The front desk person then told me that the reservation had somehow gotten in the delete folder of his inbox. Okay...There was a person in front of me in line wanting to book a room. We waited almost a half an hour with the front desk looking blankly at the computer. He told the person the computer was done. He wasted about 30 minutes of this customer's time who then was like thanks and left. While I waited I sat down in the lobby to eat and saw THREE mice scurrying back and forth on the floor in the lobby right by where the breakfast is served. I alerted the front desk guy and told him there's mice in here! He said oh yeah the little ones. He knew about it and didn't care and didn't proceed to do anything. When I mentioned it again he told me to go sit over on the other side of the lobby (like that would really help). It was completely disqusting and appalling and I can only imagine the feces on the food that is served daily. The man at the front desk then pointed to an outlet and told me that this keeps the mice away from him when he is behind the desk. WOW...at this point I wanted to leave but it was almost 10 pm and I was exhausted. I took my key and walked outside to get to my room. All four rooms I passed by had giant green signs that said CONDEMNED on them due to the deplorable conditions. How is this place still open? Disqusted I opened my hotel door. The room had not been cleaned. The carpet was dirty with crumbs. The beds were made. Unclear if the sheets were clean or not but nothing noticeable. I was still so skeeved at this point. Had a very restless night thinking about the mice running around and the condemned rooms to my right. This place should be shut down. It is unsanitary. Please do not stay here!! It is not worth any price especially not the $85/night I paid.
