I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when visiting the Boston area. The staff shines, the hotel is immaculate and well appointed and well maintained and the sleep was sound as always. Peggy runs an excellent establishment!

Our room on the top floor in the back was large, clean and quiet. The towels were skimpy and the toilet was noisy and fussy. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was a little small. Given the area, if you do not mind having a not so fancy place, I...

This was our first stay at this location. The hotel was very clean. The room was very clean. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. There is a busy road next to this hotel. Didn't hear anything. The staff was very nice and house keeping as we'll. The breakfast was good to. If I am in...

Had a wonderful stay at this BW. Right next to an IMax theater too! We were on motorcycles so we took the train into Boston the first day then used Uber since they were working on a section of the rails and made the trip into the city much longer than we wanted. Located in an area with everything close...

Most hotels in the Boston area were sold out. So I booked the Best Western because it was one of the only available. However, I was very surprised. The hotel is in a great location right off of a major shopping avenue with a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel is even just two miles from...

Very friendly staff and extremely convenient location near restaurants, large shopping mall and other stores. An excellent restaurant called The British Beer Company is located at the front of the hotel facing Route 9. Great selection of beers and food. Guests who stay here receive an extra 10% off their food bill. Plenty of parking for guests. My only complaint...

Stayed at this hotel for three days. The rooms were clean and quite spacious and the beds very comfortable. However, I did not like the attitude of two of the receptionists which were both very rude and unwilling to help us during our check-in and check out. Also, wifi was disturbingly slow.

Clean hotel with nice room and comfortable beds. HD TV and the number of available channels was very good. The staff was great. They helped us with train arrangements into Boston. Very detailed and thorough.

Front-desk staff solved a reservation/payment issue quickly at check-in. Request for early check-in when we made a reservation was honored (family member was traveling with an injured leg). Loved the choices for keeping our bedding for 3 nights but getting fresh towels daily (environmentally friendly). Missed having a fan in the bathroom and an in-room fridge. Also, hanger rack was...
