This place is incredible Annemarie is truly a perfect inn keeper. She is knowledgable about the area has a great flare for the decorating and is also a wonderful cook. We just spent 2 nights at the inn and loved it. I do mean this when I say your grandma Josephine would have been so proud. That twinx bedroom was...

I went to Josephine's a while ago, but never thought to share my experience here. It was absolutely lovely! Anne Marie couldn't be a nicer person with a more inviting "home." The trip was in the fall and that made it even more beautiful and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Josephine's more highly if I tried. (Make sure to try her...

We enjoyed our two night stay. Ann Marie is a very good cook. The breakfast was delicious. The room was more than spacious. We stayed on the ground floor. The bathroom was located outside the room past the stairs and across from the front door (not very convenient). There is a lot to see in and around Hull. This was...

We were visiting relatives in Cohasset and decided to stay at Josephine's. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. It is a relatively new facility that is very tastefully decorated. Situated in the next town it was very convenient for us and is also very convenient to the city of Boston. Annemarie could not have been more accommodating. We had...

My husband and I spent two nights at Josephine's Bed and Breakfast. We were warmly greeted by AnneMarie, our host. We stayed in "Twinz," the most expensive and spacious of the 3 rooms. Twinz was immaculate and well-appointed. It was quiet and very comfortable. It's clear that great care has been taken to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guests....

We chose Hull as our base for our trip to Boston. We were greeted by a welcome pack of homemade goodies, and the room was cute and comfortable. Breakfasts were made to order by Anne-Marie, who was both welcoming and very helpful with advise on ferries to Boston and local sites. We would highly recommend Josephine's. The ferry to Boston...

This was our first introduction to Boston. Although not centrally located it is easily accessible to Boston Downtown by a 30 minute ferry ride. Our hosts Anne-Marie and Michael were very hospitable. Staying here felt like staying with family and friends. We stayed in the Twinz Room and as we were the only guests at this time of year we...

After a crazy busy day visiting Boston, no place could have been more restful! Our room was quaint and spacious with a sitting room attached. We stayed on the bottom floor of this B&B. Annmarie thought of everything for our comfort including a marvelous breakfast! Clean, clean, clean and home-like. Worth the drive from Boston. Hull was a quaint town...
