I was back here again for another conference and not much has changed with the facility. The staff are great, and the conference facilities are good, but the rooms are still pretty terrible. The room was clean, but the decor is old and worn. I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows too soft. I know they...

Could use some updating. Kind of old smelling, sliding door would not lock and not very accessible for handicapped. Restaurant was good with friendly staff. The place has potential if they modernize it a little.

If ever there was a place in need of a makeover, this is it. The conference facilities themselves are fine. Staff is pleasant and helpful. But the rooms! It was a 10 minute + walk from the check in desk to the room. The interior corridors go on forever. Our room had a nice enough view overlooking the golf course,...

Same smell in the halls and room.(musty) Same mold around the bathtub. Same gray linen. Same beat up carpeting. O' yes something new a higher rate for the room and a view of the hallway. (that's with the door closed) I don't blame the owners of the property at all. (they know the condition and must be happy with it)...

Note: I was here for a conference. Rooms are fairly modern with the bones of an older hotel. Over the course of a few days, I actually wished it were older inside - what exists now is a hodge-podge of building styles and renovations. At the end of the day, it is comfortable, friendly, and affordable. Would I stay here...

Great place to stay when attending the melody tent. Also, pretty close to downtown Hyannis and the marina! This hotel could use some updating but overall very nice and clean. The pool was very enjoyable as well as the grounds.

The people who work here are absolutely wonderful. From Betty in reservations, the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen and restaurant workers I would like to thank them all. Yes it is indeed a little outdated but these individuals made our 3 night family stay extremely enjoyable. Thanks

We stayed here two nights on a bus trip. Someone from the hotel came onboard to greet us when we pulled up. The keys were ready when we entered the lobby. We were served cookies and punch in the lobby. We had a great room with a great bathroom. There is a Starbuck's in the lobby for morning coffee and...

We were here for The Northeast Sea Glass Expo. Our room was upgraded and it was clean like spotless clean. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. The pool was beautiful and the exercise room was great. So close to a beach and to many restaurants we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfy you did not want to...

This may have been a great place in the 70's or 80's but wow! I think the manager is blind with a lost sense of smell. Ground floor rooms stink like mildew - and they know it! They will give you a humidifier if your willing to withstand the mold. Ask for a second floor room and you'll huff your...
