Thank you for your comments - Our front desk staff did offer to hold your luggage and deliver it to your room, but you refused to let us handle your bags. We did direct you to the elevator as well.

Good morning, we do have a number of adjoining rooms on our Executive Level. The rooms consist of a King Bed, a sitting area, a oversized chair and a pull out couch.
