After being given a Gift Certificate for a bednbreakfast Inn 2 1/2 years ago from our children, my husband and I travelled to the Simmons Homstead Inn, in Hyannis Port, Mass. I was apprehensive as we are not Inn people, but to my surprise....We had a wonderful time. Bill, the owner was very friendly, the Inn was beautiful....I had booked...

We found Simmons Homestead when looking for a dog friendly place at the Cape. This is a wonderful spot, casual, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The weather didn't cooperate but it certainly was a good place to get away from the workplace and usual life stressors. We even were directed to a great Chinese restaurant which provided enough...

I came across The Simmons Homestead when looking for off-season,dog-friendly accommodations around the mid Cape. What a find! The inn is charming and quirky, with cozy, comfortable, and well-priced rooms--each with its own "theme"--and a dazzling display of colorful Tchotchkes. Bill is a warm and funny innkeeper, and does all that he can to make you feel at home: from...

Fabulous place. The Innkeeper is a great host and helped find the nicest places (and great restaurants even in the quiet xmas season). Check out his great old sports cars collection! The old house has lovely decoration all over, and the rooms are quite charming, clean, and reasonably affordable. We got nice discounts due to the slow season too. Terrific...

I am so glad you had a great time. It was so important as it was your 25th anniversary and first trip to New England. Since you are only a 'few' miles away, do hope you get back across the Atlantic. Thanks for coming.

I had to do some training on the cape and my husband and I decided to make a weekend of it. We have two dogs and wanted to find a place that accepted dogs. Petfriendly.com provided us the link for the Simmons Homestead Inn, which looked like a very intriguing place so we made a reservation. Bill, the innkeeper of...

My husband and I wanted a pet friendly inn on the Cape. We found Simmons Homestead on the internet. We had a nice room with a fireplace that we enjoyed on a rainy night. It was just a few steps from a large yard where our dogs could have some outdoor fun. Bill is a friendly and helpful innkeeper with...

My girlfriend and I came to Hyannis to do some shopping and for the Christmas Stroll with my precious little dog! Pet friendly Inn drew me in as my pet travels with me everywhere! We arrived and was met by April who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very charming and comfortable. We met Bill in the morning...

Hi Donna, All of us were happy the 3 of you got out here. You were originally gonna come a couple of weeks earlier, but that darn old Windy Girl blew away any chance. But Stroll weekend made up for it I guess. Loved the pup, smaller than my cats and so friendly I swear I must have stepped on...

Simmons Homestead Inn was a great place to stay! First of all, the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of everything you could possibly want to see on the cape! Plus, it's just a min drive from the beach. We used the bikes there and rode around till dark! The Inn itself is very charming and eclectic!...

We stayed at the inn on November 6, 2012. The innkeeper was very accomodating to both of us and our dogs. We had a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable. I agree with prusue and FlyJetsUSA's reviews. We stayed one night and that was more than enough. We didn't find Bill rude, though. He was pleasant and it was obvious that he loves his inn and the area. His car collection is awesome.
