Room was very comfortable. Michelle the innkeeper a delight, shes informative, and always willing to help make your stay the best it can be. When we were there, the breakfast was available to us. I actually went to sleep looking forward to and thinking about breakfast. To say it was delicious is a understatement. The inn is a place that...

Thank you for your kind words. It was such a pleasure to have you and Hillary with us and get to know you both. Hoping to have you with us while you look for a more permanent place nearby when we will be able to spend more time together getting to know each other as friends.

We were really looking forward to our visit to Lenox. The town was lovely and we enjoyed the annual Apple Festival. The Gateways Inn is located in easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We were however disappointed with our room and especially our bed, as the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was also a lack of any comfortable...

My husband and I have been going to the Berkshires for over 7 years and each year we stay at a new B&B...we had such a wonderful experience at Gateways Inn and would easily return next year. The owners are extremely friendly, charming and hospitable - we LOVED Michelle! Emily and the rest of the staff are extremely competent and...

My wife and I enjoyed this old inn. The owner Michelle is very welcoming. Room was a bit small, but comfortable and bathroom was new. Nice restaurant with good food & wines, reasonably priced. The highlight for us was the completely unexpected music in the lounge. John Davidson, a real pro, was there for his regular Thursday night gig. Wow!...

Location is superb. We walked to local restaurants for lunch and dinner. we watched the start of the Cannonball Run car show. We had amazing views of magnificent fall foliage. The innkeepers were charming, helpful, and thoughtful. Breakfasts were plentiful, sumptuous, and creatively displayed. The rooms were beautifully appointed and maintained. The entertainment in the lounge and bartenders in attendance...

It was a weekend away from reality, but I still felt at home. The service was accommodating and welcoming. The inn was clean and comfortable. The live music was very entertaining with our dinner and drinks. The huge, clean windows made it visible to see the colorful autumn colors from sunrise to sunset.

We stayed in the Titania room which was cozy with a gas fireplace. The location of the Inn was perfect because it was easy access to the main routes and a short walk down town. The service was great as usual, just like the first time we stayed there a couple years prior. What my husband and I like about...

Our first impression was warm and inviting. Loved the decor, our room and the food and all the teddy bears dressed in robes. The one we bought sits on my bed at home in Connecticut. Michele is a wonderful inn keeper and hostess. Our room was lovely, clean and comfy. We've stayed at some others in the area and even...

My husband and I took a brief impromptu road trip, came home through Lenox and chanced upon the Gateways Inn. We were fortunate to get the last room in this lovely inn. Rooms are charming, the bar is beautiful, there was live music on Friday evening. We decided to stay for dinner which was good and a good value. Breakfast,...
