A perfect place to unwind. Highly professional staff. Many choices of classes, seminars , and outside activities. Absolutely the best food I have ever eaten in my life.
Dorm-style room; shared bath. Was very clean.

It sounds like you'd be fine for a Rest and Retreat for as long as you'd like. The classes offered range from beginner to expert. Teachers all offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

I did not get the opportunity to do any of the healing arts services myself, but based on conversations at the time with other guests, the recommendation would be for the Shirodhara (Ayurvedic Relaxation Treatment).

Hope this helps.
Have an enjoyable stay!
