Very nicely decorated; very clean. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious; Tristin and Katherine were very welcoming. We stopped here on our way to visit our son in Boston from Upstate NY. It was a perfect distance to come on a Friday night.
Stan and Susan think of everything, and if something's not perfect, they will make it right. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Coffee always available; delicious breakfast in the beautiful dining room (fruit, eggs, three kinds of French toast this time!) and lovely company with the other guests.

Thanks! We have hosted guests for 19 years, and we do hope by now, we have anticipated just about every detail. Thanks for the feedback and for sharing. We hope to see you again.
My lady and I had a very relaxing weekend in this B&B that we've frequented prior. Since we last visited, Stan and Susan have upgraded the rooms with flat screen TVs and other amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day.
This was our first trip to the Berkshires (despite my being a lifelong resident of Massachusetts) and I found Hampton Terrace to be a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well stocked. The grounds were well kept and the main house is exceptionally charming....More

Yes, it was quite a challenge, keeping people cozy in a 120-year-old house when the wind chill outside is minus 35.... But hearing this feedback makes it all worthwhile. Your group was a real pleasure to host, and we hope to see you again.

Thanks for your interest. We have a couple of options. We have a room in the main house that actually is a "mini-suite" with 2 small bedrooms that share a private bath. We charge as if it were one room. Each room has a double bed. We also have some king rooms with enough space for a rollaway (Frontgate inflatable beds), and we have some suites with fold-out couches. When do you plan to come?

We include an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet in the room rate. It always has coffee, tea, decaf, juice, 8 or 9 kinds of fruit, 6 kinds of bread for toasting, yogurt, cold cereal and milk. And then we rotate hot entres every day. Could be eggs/ham and grits. Or 3 flavors of French toast and sausage, or 2 kinds of pancakes, etc. Breakfast is in our main dining room which has large tables and private tables. We also can accommodate food allergies or needs, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.
