Great motel. Have been coming here for a few days for years. Always clean, good breakfast and friendly service. A good place to enjoy the Berkshires.

I am shocked and dismayed by the undiplomatic (to say the least) response in broken English to a potentially valued client, and will try to get an explanation from the HJ manager when I stay there once again this summer.
