If you are looking for a place near Concord/Lexington Massachusetts, look no further than this convenient location. It is about 45 minutes from Boston if you drive, a bit longer if you go to a public transportation line to go into the city. They have reasonably priced camping cabins and a helpful staff to assist you in planning sightseeing adventures...

This camp ground is in a wonderful forested area with lovely large sites which all have a fire surround and outdoor table. We didn't have full hook up services but there was a dump point on site so no problems. The bathroom facilities were in reasonable condition and were always very clean. Most of the driveways are asphalt. We didn't...

Nice campground to stay and visit Salem and Gloucester. Pool is decent. Wooded area. Sites are level and spacious. Mosquitos are ferocious. We had a very nice corner site. If decide to visit Boston in the future, we will stay here. The space and quiet are totally worth the hour drive to major attractions.

Thank you for the nice review! Those mosquitoes are pretty rough - tough to combat in a forest like ours, unfortunately. We hope your travels bring you back soon. Happy camping!

We had the pleasure of finding the minuteman Campground on the trip advisor, and by all the positive reviews, decided so many people cannot be wrong! We rented one of their cabins for three days and have absolutely no complaints. They are basic cabins, that are clean, provide air-conditioning, have one double bed, one set of bunkbeds, sleep four. They...

Thank you so much for camping with us and for the great review! We're glad everything worked out in the end. The mosquitoes really are ruthless. Fans are a good idea as are bug bombs if you careful to use them properly. We really appreciate your kind words and hope to host you again soon!

This place was great. Stayed 5 nights while we visited Boston area. Easy commute on the subway to the city. The staff was very helpful, everything was clean and the sites were super. They can handle small tents to the big rigs. Call ahead for a site of your choice. Very busy. Wifi is iffy at best.

Stayed here on a friends recommendation. Wanted to visit Boston Salem and surrounding areas of interest. Campground is clean very well kept up. Some sites are a little tight but ours was fine, quiet, restful if you want it. Only real complaints I have you can't bring your own firewood gets costly if you like campfires like we do,one of my...

Thank you for your honest and detailed review. We appreciate the overall positiveness, in spite of your frustrations. So much has changed in camping, and some things not for the better. We miss the time before nasty bugs were transported from far away places, threatening our livelihood and the beauty of our wooded acreage. We miss the simple, unplugged days...

We are visiting the northeast and stayed for 2 nights. It was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and the laundry and the bathhouse were very clean. The rv park is very busy and we could only get a site with water and electric. Even though we booked 1 month in advance. The park is very wooded and...

It's our pleasure, thanks for choosing Minuteman! We definitely need more full hookup campsites and hope to get approval to add some next spring.

Had a great week here. Lovely campground. Lots of trees which meant lots of bugspray at night. You can't bring in your own wood but we used a propane firepit so no biggie. The pool is fun however the rule of no food or drink is a bit ridiculous especially in the heat. The showers are AMAZING. Unlimited hot water...

Thanks so much for the positive review and for the respect you've shown while camping with us. The propane fire pit is great solution to the "Don't Move Firewood" campaign. We appreciate your respecting our trees and our neighbors' trees, so that future generations can enjoy them. We're sorry about the pool situation, you're right about that. We'll have to...

Rather than a bland motel, the family decided to camp during our July 4th long weekend. Though primarily an RV campground, there was enough separation between shady, wooded sites for our tent to feel it had it's own space. We didn't swim but everyone else enjoyed the small, heated pool. We used the game room and shower room, but kept...

Excellent campground My wife and I; along with our family have been going to this campground for over seven years now. They are family owned, well run and the property is clean and well cared for. A great getaway only one hour from our home, and centrally located.
