I can't say enough about this intimate bed and breakfast. Cassandra was wonderful as was all the staff. The room was warm and inviting. We had Room 5 which included a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. What a way to spend a cold winter's night! The breakfast was fantastic that left nothing to want. We plan on returning possibly in the...

After a trip to Maine we wanted to find somewhere within striking distance of the airport for an early flight. This delightful inn - in such historic surroundings - did not disappoint. Mary and Lauren were so helpful and the ancient inn had lots of nooks and crannies to explore ..not least an excellent bar! In midwinter we did not...

Comfortable room with working fireplace. Great location in the historic section of Marblehead. Friendly staff. Would have been perfect if it wasn't pouring rain! Didn't let that stop us from putting up umbrellas and going for an evening stroll to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Walking distance to restaurants and bars, excellent accommodation, and very helpful staff. The fireplace in the rooms is a great feature in the winter. There is a bar on-site and breakfast was terrific.

We have been doing this for 14 years, and the Harbor Light Inn was probably our top pick for best Inn experience. The rooms are lovely, well maintained, and furnished with everything you would want. The breakfast is very nicely...

I loved the fact that this hotel was right in the heart of the town! It's dated 1729, so you know you're living history in this inn. We had room #25, a newer "master bedroom" added on about 25-30 years ago. We loved it! The place is full of New England charm--the living room has a beautiful gas fireplace that...

We gave up our house to all our adult children and we checked into The Harbor Light Inn for four nights over Thanksgiving weekend. It was perfect! Our room was large, comfortable and charming. I've never slept so well anywhere. It really felt like a mini vacation. The breakfast was too delicious to pass up. My biggest complaint was that...
