This was our home for three days and I definitely chose well. Conveniently situated near the restaurants and coastline of Marblehead, this place is plush and has lovely rooms. Creaky floorboards and rickety window sashes make this Inn reek of history. I don't have a sweet tooth but the afternoon confectionary in the lounge area every day is a nice...

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the wonderful cooking and the ambiance of this historic home. Thank you for the great compliments! We truly appreciate the lovely review and just wanted you to know we eliminated that negative about the ketchup for breakfast. We always have it ready if the guest asks. However, we did ran out and...

What a WONDERFUL place to end our 45th wedding anniversary trip! The atmosphere and staff were so welcoming, and the accommodations were so relaxing and exquisitely comfortable. The breakfasts and afternoon treats were "out of this world"! The bed with its luxurious sheets afforded me a sound night's sleep, something that rarely happens with my fibromyalgia when I am away...

We are so happy you selected the Inn to celebrate such an important Anniversary and even happier to know that we lived up to a Five Star rating. Our sheets are fabulous and we actually do sell them if you ever want to create that good nights sleep at home. Thank you for all the wonderful compliments! We wish you...

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Harbor Light Inn. The staff was very welcoming and eager to please. After arriving, we had a quiet lunch in the cozy bar area. That was relaxing after a morning of travelling. The room was perfect. Good size and nicely furnished. We always seek out B&Bs in older historic houses as we love...

This place has a wonderful private and comfortable ambience, with helpful and friendly staff. We took a room with private patio overlooking the pool. The room was small (as described) but the patio area more than made up for it. We chose to eat our breakfast there and it was perfect. My only regret is that we chose to use...

A trip to the town of Marblehead itself is truly an experience all should enjoy at least once. From someone who has lived and worked in many places on Cape Cod and have experienced the quintessential feel of "First Period" architecture on a long term basis, the town of Marblehead now tops my list of favorites as it is pretty...

First off, I would like to thank you for your wonderful review of the Harbor Light Inn and the detailed account you gave. Although it is no surprise to hear that Cassandra treats the inn as if it were her own, it is wonderful to get this feedback from someone who has stayed at the inn .. Having been a...

Quaint little Inn withing walking distance of everything in town. Nestled in the historic district of Marblehead. The staff are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need including info about the surrounding area. Carolyn was very helpful as soon as we walked in the front door. A small tour of the property to get acquainted then lead...

Thank you for taking the time to review our inn and share your experience. CArolyn, our daughter, has returned to Marblehead after working at the Four Seasons in Maui. She has brought with her a wealth of hospitality knowledge and an infusion of young/new ideas. WE are grateful for our wonderful staff and are fortunate to have found a property...

They have the best French toast and egg bake dish! I look forward to staying at this place every time I visit here for work. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are so cute and quaint. I also love their shampoo, conditioner, and soap too.

The pictures are very accurate and our lovely room was more like a suite than a normal room--complete with a sitting area and fireplace. All was immaculately clean and warmly decorated, albeit a bit faded. My only gripe is that they only have queen size beds, which for my 6'3 husband is a stretch as he has to sleep diagonally...

I had visited Marblehead before briefly and had no idea this place was here. I'm so glad I was able to return to this lovely town and to stay at such a beautiful property. Made of two historic homes seamlessly joined together with a new central portion, this inn is much larger than its exterior shows. The nicest surprise is...
