Quaint little Inn withing walking distance of everything in town. Nestled in the historic district of Marblehead. The staff are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need including info about the surrounding area. Carolyn was very helpful as soon as we walked in the front door. A small tour of the property to get acquainted then lead... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our inn and share your experience. CArolyn, our daughter, has returned to Marblehead after working at the Four Seasons in Maui. She has brought with her a wealth of hospitality knowledge and an infusion of young/new ideas. WE are grateful for our wonderful staff and are fortunate to have found a property... More

They have the best French toast and egg bake dish! I look forward to staying at this place every time I visit here for work. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are so cute and quaint. I also love their shampoo, conditioner, and soap too.

The pictures are very accurate and our lovely room was more like a suite than a normal room--complete with a sitting area and fireplace. All was immaculately clean and warmly decorated, albeit a bit faded. My only gripe is that they only have queen size beds, which for my 6'3 husband is a stretch as he has to sleep diagonally... Service was exceptional -- Staff was very well trained and gracious --The colonial house is very well preserved and rooms are beautifully maintained to the original décor of the times. The daily breakfast is fresh with choices of dining being the inside or outside at the pool. The location is perfect for walking around Old Town, and the harbor filled with yachts,... More

I had visited Marblehead before briefly and had no idea this place was here. I'm so glad I was able to return to this lovely town and to stay at such a beautiful property. Made of two historic homes seamlessly joined together with a new central portion, this inn is much larger than its exterior shows. The nicest surprise is... More

Stayed here on June 14th 2016 for 4 nights in room 23, a very well kept small to medium sized room with queen bed, medium sized bathroom with shower in tub, adequate hanging/storage space, flat screen HDTV, centrally controlled a/c (so if to cold inform the desk staff), a small swimming pool in the rear garden above the large private... My wife and I stayed at The Harbor Light Inn for a few days while our son attended a lacrosse camp at Endicott College. The inn was clean, comfortble and very accomodating to all of our needs, which included our breakfast which needed to be gluten free. They were extremely friendly and gave us great suggestions for sights to see... More

My son and I stayed here for two nights while we were touring the east coast looking for colleges. We found our reception to be quite nice. Our room was small with two twin beds, but perfectly decorated and nice. Very functional. The breakfasts were nice, but different from what we are used to for a b&b. It was a... More

It was quiet, peaceful, and elegant. The authentic history of the winding stairways and hallways, historic fireplace in our room, and high ceiling with exposed beams were all delightful. Breakfast was more like a quality hotel buffet than an inn. Staff were helpful and Cassandra gave us great dinner recommendations. We stayed in a third floor room with exposed 300... More

This 1720s collection of houses now functions as an inn in the middle of Marblehead's downtown. We had a first class room under the rafters -- exposed so you can see how the carpenters built the inn. The room was quiet, sizeable, and, in a hot summer, cool. If you need to cool off further, there's a pool out back.... More
