We stayed in a King-sized room in mid-October.

The main room is nice, and the bed is comfortable. There is a big, smart TV, a small table and chairs, decent storage, a coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave (I think). The room has the big front windows that are from that old school motel design. It was nice.

The bathroom is small but clean and functional. An exhaust fan would be nice but there is a window at the shower that helps a little. Some of the caulk could be redone in the shower but not a big deal.

The a/c-heating unit is nice, and very quiet, but the remote for it messes with the TV. I was told about this at check in but wasn't ready for how often it happened. It is kind of comical that adjusting the heat can turn on or reset the TV.

My biggest complaint is with the front lawn that is touted on the website. This opinion is slanted by the fact that it rained a lot while we there. Getting across the saturated grass every time we arrived or departed was a frustration, especially getting luggage over it. It would be nice if there were a few sidewalks leading to the driveway or parking area. I bet that area is great on a nice day with a big group of people, but it didn't work great for us in the rain.

Overall, I wouldn't have an issue staying here in the future.

Stayed in a king room, good amount of space. Comfortable pillows, clean bathroom. Good a/c (not too noisy). The only negative really was that nobody from the hotel was available during check-in or check-out. Felt very much like staying at an Airbnb when you just have access to a room. We were hoping there'd be more of a community atmosphere here but it was very solitary.

Clean room, great coffee from a local roaster in the room, cute mid-century modern style. Very nice outdoor firepits, sitting areas, picnic tables, and a beautiful pool. My only advice to make a 5 would be better hot water (ran out quickly during my 9:30a shower), and clean up/revive the appearance of the area outside the office. Curb appeal could be bepoop. Great stop in the Birkshires.

We needed somewhere simple for an overnight stop and the Springs
Motel was perfect. It was clean and well sized. Its beds were comfortable and the air con unit much quieter than previously experienced in more expensive hotels. Chris gave us a good welcome and was very hospitable.

I and a number of friends and relatives had booked rooms at The Springs Inn for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. 15 rooms total were booked through the website provided by The Springs Inn, and few of these rooms were charged to the credit card at the time of the booking.
Eight weeks before our stay, my daughter received an email from the owner of The Springs Inn stating that there had been a “glitch” in their system and we were undercharged by 40%. The Springs Inn indicated that they could no longer provide accommodations at the price originally afforded, and they asked us to make up the difference. After several emails back and forth, Springs Inn offered us as their only concession an increase of 20% rather than 40%.
In light of the fact we all booked for their required two night minimum, with the amount of business we were bringing them, we were amazed that they could not accommodate us. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. Based on our experience with The Springs Inn I would not recommend a stay there to any future customers.

Spent 2 nights in the honeymoon suite and just fell in love with the property. The retro theme is well done and there are so many thoughtful and cool design details. The outdoor seating and lighting and plants are fabulous. The pool is great - although not heated. The setting is magnificent even though it’s right off of a main road. You are just surrounded by green. Bed very comfy. Room clean. Delicious ground coffee available to brew yourself in your room, and nice selection of teas Toaster, microwave, small fridge. Staff very nice and welcoming. Hope to come back here again!

The new management has transformed this motel into a cool new place to stay. The updates include a great pool, landscaping, lots of places to hang out and relax and we’ll done eclectic decor. All of our needs were met. The location is wonderful only a few miles to Williamstown and the incredible Williamstown Theatre Festival , North Adam’s and Mount Greylock. Be sure to check out No. 6 Coffee and Cafe in Lanesborough- it too is wonderful.

Stayed two nights for an event in North Adams the middle of October and had a very enjoyable stay! My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Not sure if the motel is supposed to offer housekeeping, but no one came to replenish my coffee or linens after my first night, so that’s the only negative. I definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area and pool with my family!

Lyndsey has done an amazing transformation with this motel. I felt at home the minute I pulled in. If you want to take a step back into such a simpler time this is the place to be. She and her crew are hard at work still working on making this place late 60's retro style magical. We had such a good time just sitting by the outdoor fire pit while listening to the old phonograph in our room. If you want to know more about the transformation watch Lyndsey and her staff hard at work on The Magnolia station. The location is close to other attractions like Williamstown, which is adorable. Trust me the only thing that could make this motel so more nostalgic is a Drive-in next door. The pool area was so relaxing and pretty. We went during the week so we where the only ones there, it was amazing. Don't know how busy it gets on the weekends. I am will be definitely going back.

This was a great nights stay in a cute clean room. My friends and I needed a place to stay the night after a concert and the Springs Motel was an amazing solution. Great tv in the room, clean bathroom, good heating and cooling in the room. Along with the amazing fire pits and pool. Definitely would come back just for fun!
