Our "little apartment" was on the first floor. We were thrilled!!!! King size bed, beautiful wide wood plank flooring, chairs, nice TV, fireplace (not working, but beautiful) in the bedroom, bright with lots of windows, a small full kitchen; complete with silverware, dishes, free coffee...More

We spent a night in one of the top floor rooms (suite 10 I believe). The bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen was functional in a rather budget-hotel sort of way. As other guests have said, it is but a short walk into Newburyport from...More

Everything is essentially self-service with no staff on property. The rooms are spacious and have kitchen facilities. A nice, quiet location only a short walk from everything in Newburyport. This was our second year for staying here and will definitely return again. Also found out...More

This place needs much TLC! Not worth $200/night. It needs renovation and the towels were paper thin. The people above us made noise all day and all night long as if they were moving furniture around. I will NOT recommend to friends

I loved this place - in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the historic district and river walk. Had all I needed, including a Krueig coffeemaker and coffee/tea assortment, comfy room with AC, bright kitchenette and full bath. Easy street parking.

Parking is free on street. We are not in a very busy part of town so there is usually plenty of space on either side of Market Street in the front of The Inn or on Birch Street on the side of The Inn
