Location was great, just a few blocks from town. Property was immaculate, very nicely decorated and the Hosts Kathleen and Frank made me feel at home. Breakfast was over the top with all homemade baked goods, and every morning a different hot breakfast. I loved sitting out on their beautiful deck where the property is landscaped with lovely trees, shrubbery...

Awesome place, great people, amazing breakfast & drinks!!! Awesome location, we walked to the beach and everywhere in town! Kathleen and Frank are so welcoming and great to talk to we enjoyed just sitting and talking with them on the porch! I stayed with Kathleen during the middle of the week and just for one night while I was on the island. Her place is within easy walking distance of Oak Bluffs and located next to a local little league baseball diamond. I had rented the twin bed room which did not have its own attached bathroom. That does not bother...

My wife and I went to Katherine's Kottage for our first anniversary, and we both loved it. Katherine and Frank were awesome hosts and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Katherine gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. And Frank even lent me a pair of socks for jogging when I forgot mine! The food is fabulous -...

I've been to several B and Bs in the past, and Kathleen's Kottage has been the BEST! I attribute that to the warmth and friendliness of Kathleen and Frank. From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and comfortable. I can't imagine more gracious and helpful hosts, and everything is done with smiles. We were fortunate enough to spend a...

I would come here for the food alone. From the fresh baked banana bread, chocolate chip and nut muffins, Portuguese sweet bread French toast, and frittatas to name a few, there was no lack of selection every morning in this boutique inn/ bed and breakfast. Kathleen and Francis spared no effort to make us comfortable and give the best local...

Kathleen's Kottage was the perfect weekend getaway for us. We stayed in the Mary Suite above the garage and Kathleen made us feel at home even before we arrived! She will help you select which suite fits your needs and your budget. The Mary Suite is above the garage with its own private entrance and a sitting area. It is...

Kathleen's Kottage was a great find for us last September. Kathleen and Frank couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. The kottage is quiet and surrounded by beautiful grounds. It is about a 10 minute stroll from all the shops and restaurants in Oak Buffs. Homemade breakfast made by Kathleen was delicious each morning served on the outside deck. Is...

I have been vacationing on Martha’s Vineyard for about 20 years now and have stayed in all sorts of places. I’ve stayed in some really nice places that for one reason or another weren’t as comfortable for the amount of money I was paying. On the flip side, some were real “joints” and “dives”. I stayed at one place where...
