We had a lovely one-night stay at Clamber Hill. It is a remarkably well-kept and luxurious historic home with expansive grounds. We had a 9-person family dinner for my mother's 75th birthday and it was absolutely spectacular, from start to finish. The food was delicious, the cocktail hour was lovely, and everything was very well-organized. We had use of the... More

The Clamber Inn is best found in daylight, as it's located at the end of a long and winding driveway through the woods and is not lighted until you reach the inn. We stayed one night in the nautical room. It's a pleasant and clean room, but the bed is very firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast, though, was delicious, with... More

The Inn is a beautifully little bed and breakfast located in the middle of the woods (nearly). The grounds and the inside are well-curated and clean. The host & hostess are nice people. The beds in the Oriental Room weren't particularly comfortable, the wifi works intermittently at best (and not at all in some rooms), and be sure to bring... More

Wonderful dinner, very sophisticated menu with many interesting choices with European culinary touches, all our meals were perfectly cooked, nice old world ambiance. The proprietor was very congenial and her husband an excellent chief😃

Our stay was just for one night before the Columbus Day weekend before we traveled north to Weston, Vermont for two additional days. Being a Friday afternoon before a three day holiday weekend, the traffic to Clamber Hill Inn was more than horrific. I expected an Inn right on Main Street after seeing the address. The Inn/Mansion ended up being... More

Mark and Deni Ellis run an exceptional inn - elegant, refined, fun, comfortable and relaxed. The house and grounds are beautiful, me meals were outstanding, and the crackling in my room made the stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it. The filet mignon was cooked perfect, the baked Brie with walnuts was a gorgeous start. Great beer wine and spirits selection.... More

We stay at Clamber Hill when we are curling at the Petersham Curling Club. It is a lovely inn and Denni and Mark are wonderful. The breakfasts are superb!! And the dogs are so calm and come to greet you when you drive up. Some weekend we should go when we aren't curling and there isn't snow - so we... More

We had a wonderful time at the Clamber Hill Inn and Restaurant this weekend. We arrived just in time for a quick check in and were promptly seated for our dinner reservation. The dining room was tastefully decorated for the St. Patricks Day season. The service was attentive and Deni was knowledgable as she helped us with our selections. My... More

The Inn is very nice, ambiance plus. A bit chilly inside though. Evening started out great. Service was good. The major downfall that marred the whole experience was that the very nice piece of filet mignon that I ordered medium rare came to the table WELL done. I indicated to the owner that it was well and her comment was... More

Thank you Deni & Mark, the food and accommodations were wonderful, the fireplaces really made for a relaxing end of day, especially after a good time at http://www.hardwickwinery.com/. Looking forward to March.
