Easy checkin, accommodating and relaxed hosts. Location ideal; just close enough but still quiet. Our room was small ...150sq ft for > 300/night! but others on site seemed to be larger. Great amenities: breakfast, bikes, pool.

We are about a block from Town Beach and about 2 - 3 miles from the National Seashore's beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point. I recommend consulting a site like google maps to see the distances graphically. Hope this helps!
