What a lovely anniversary weekend we had at this lovely B&B. The price was right off-season, and the location can't be beat for accessibility to much of what Provincetown has to offer. Parking was a little convoluted to locate, but everything else was spectacular. The breakfast was generous and delicious (and Jean and her staff amazing!), and the afternoon cookies...

We stayed here New Years Day for a concert in town. Loved it,but would stay away from Agatha (top floor, very steep stairs, bathroom on lower floor). We knew the issues, but the stairs for two 65-yr olds were negotiable but tricky. We will plan on coming back in another room. The service was impeccable, Neal was a congenial host,...

We drove from Boston to Provincetown for a 3 day rental at Gabriel's. This was our first time in Provincetown and we couldn't be more happier with the location. It is virtually 1 block off the main area so we could stroll anytime and get home quickly. We travelled with our 2 children, who loved the room. All the channels...

We booked our first stay a few days in advance to staying a Saturday nite. We stayed in the Katherine Hepburn room which was extremely clean, spacious and quiet (may not be as quiet in season as it's located on the street side of the property). Neal gave us a quick rundown of the hotel amenities and grounds. The breakfast...

Our room was called 'Susan' :-) What a gorgeous room absolutely lovely king bed, pull out coach with memory foam mattress, gas fireplace, big screen tv, kitchenette, stackable washer/dryer and giant bathroom with jetted tub. Location was perfect right under the...

The three of us were greeted by Neal, who showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. Neal, the Elizabeths, and the entire kitchen and cleaning staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. They anticipated our every need, even delivering kindling to our room--and offering us umbrellas as we headed out into the drizzle. The room...

Exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the animal friendly suits, it was our first vacation with our family dog. Location is great, centrally located, and the staff were friendly and approachable.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Neil was exceptionally professional and courteous, showing us to our room and explaining everything was fantastic! When we arrived for breakfast, greeted again by Neil, staff was extremely professional and we were treated to a great breakfast that was included in our stay! Our room (Ariel) was the best! Fresh...

When I went on FlipKey to book a room in Provincetown I never expected the enchantment of a cozy condo in the heart of town. I had a wedding to preside over on Sunday morning so I wanted to stay close to the ceremony space at Whaler's Wharf. From the moment my sister and I entered the lobby and was...

Place itself I have no complaints about (it's fine but definitely not any more than fine) but I found the staff rude and offish. Sorry we inconvenienced you by turning up for a booking (at 3pm incidentally hardly out of hours) !! Maybe work on your customer service? Even if it is off season and you'd rather be doing something...
