We stayed a week and each day was better than the previous. So much to explore locally as well as short drives to neighboring towns. The innkeeper, Sawsan, prepared a variety of home-cooked breakfasts, keeping us energized as we explored the grounds and Rockport. The rooms were cozy and quiet. We can't wait to return!

There are so many B&Bs in Rockport, but Sally Webster Inn is close to the center of town and Bearskin Neck (5 minute walk), has large comfortable air conditioned rooms, and a phenomenal breakfast every morning. Sawsen is such a lovely person who was excited to help us plan our weekend activities (and can really cook!) and was so accommodating....

We stayed for two nights. The room was very nice with a king size bed and a fire place. There was plenty lighting for reading and a bowl of candy on the dresser. Coffee, tea, and muffins were available at all times; there was also a Poland Spring water cooler and a refrigerator with soft drinks. The breakfast was outstanding....

Excellent homemade breakfast items and perfect hospitality. Good location for exploring Rockport on foot; beaches and shops just a short walk away. Clean, pleasant rooms. Will definitely visit again. Owner was attentive but unintrusive. Great place for romantic getaway.

My husband and I just spent four nights at this charming B & B which has onsite parking and is a 4 minute walk into town. We stayed in Rhoda's room on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a tub and shower. Sawson, the proprietress, clearly loves what she does and makes every...

We were in Rockport and stayed 3 nights here. Great B & B! Rooms are neat and clean, and the owner is terrific. She has the right personality for running a B & B: friendly, helpful and never 'in your face'. She is also a terrific cook and the full breakfasts are delicious. With just a 2-3 min. Walk to...

This is the third time we have stayed here over several years and we couldn't have a better place to relax between visiting family, and great shopping and eating three blocks away. Great breakfast and a very nice and hospitable owner. Parking is provided in back, and they have a nice patio on which to relax when the weather cooperates....

A group of ladies that I always travel with were looking for an overnight somewhere to celebrate our cousin's 50th birthday. We chose the Sally Webster and were NOT disappointed. From the amenities in the room, to the warm welcome from the InnKeeper Sawsan to the outstanding breakfast she served...this was a great spot for us to all spend time...

Stayed for 2 nights last June with my husband. From the photos, I thought Caleb's room looked very lovely and I was not disappointed. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful and breakfast was absolutely delicious. You do hear some road noise with the windows open. I travel with a small white noise machine so it...

This cozy inn is the best! My family and I were here for the weekend. If you want a little vacation away from home and still feel at home....this is it! The breakfast is fantastic....all home made and the innkeeper Sawsan is warm and friendly. Great little New England inn.
