Very nice inn run by Michael and Holly. We had the room right above the office. It was quite large, airy, with a seating area and made us feel like we were at the beach. The inn is spotless and the hosts very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Cape Cod someday. It's right...

This is a well renovated "motel" offering clean, fresh, comfortable accommodation. The rooms were comfortable, painted in clean fresh pastel colours. Modernized bathrooms again very clean and all the necessary stuff! The owners who also run the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the main road through Yarmouth with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking...

Stayed here for an evening in June for my husband's first trip to the Cape. Rooms were cute, clean and welcoming. Received a welcome gift for booking directly with the Inn. Loved the location as its next door to the Cape Cod Creamery and plenty of things to do and eat on Rte 28. We'd definitely stay again.

I was very impressed with the hospitality here. I had just gotten. Off a plane, jet lagged, and wanted to nap before going to a wedding that was local. But it was only noon and check-in time wasn't until 3. The owner reprioritized cleaning my room and had me in the room in less than 30 mins (despite my grumpy...

We booked a room for three nights to enjoy a long weekend on the Cape. This Inn is a very comfortable and accommodating place to stay while exploring all there is to do nearby. It is centrally located so just a short drive will get you to most of the points of interest. Holly and Mike are very warm and...

I had a quick visit--i got in after 10:00 one night and left pretty early the next morning. The place is very clean and nicely appointed, the continental breakfast is just enough. The Inn keepers are very nice and helpful--they were particularly helpful in planning a short visit to Provincetown. Overall, a great place to stay to use as a...

A lovely surprise was in store as the owners of this inn have obviously gone the extra mile from the well maintained grounds, pool and lovely seating to the immaculately clean coastal themed room we stayed in. Breakfast included fresh fruit which was also a nice touch! Friendly and helpful owners too so thumbs up all round. Thank you.

Upon pulling into the driveway I wasn't quite sure what to expect at a hotel that was right on the highway. We were pleasantly surprised. When we stepped into the room we felt as if we were transformed into a place at the beach. The room was very cheery and very clean. Mike and Holly were very friendly and informative...
