Booking sites list the hotel as 24 hour front desk, but to my surprise on my wedding night that we pre booked that the front desk is locked and lights are out with no one around. A few days latter attempted to get a refund through the booking company and this heap of a hotel lied to the agent and...

The management is very professional yet sweet and friendly. The rooms were a very good size and beds comfortable. The price was also very reasonable and the location is convenient with a supermarket within walking distance.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hamilton Inn. It was half the price of some local hotels. It had everything we needed. The manager was extremely nice to us. We stayed four nights. It is close to Old Sturbridge Village and many shops and restaurants. The wifi was fast and dependable.

Room has VERY comfortable and has a homey feel to it. I had stayed here in 2014 but was not thrilled but I after seeing how much the owners have put into it...I will be coming back! I have seen a lot of improvement from 2014! Rooms have big tv, fridge, microwave, bottle of water, etc. They had a/c on...

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, motels, and inns. This is by far the nicest inn I've ever stayed in, and the people were incredibly friendly even though we showed up in the middle of the night. It looks like they've remodeled recently and put all new amenities in the rooms.

This place is beyond horrific. Mind you, it is affordable-it also has hourly rates, which should give you an idea of what kind of folks chose this Inn. I had no choice, since my car was towed off of the Mass Pike, due to a medical emergency, and by the time I retrieved my car, this was the closest option...

We stopped here because it was getting late. The room had a stale smell, the bedding didn't look as if it had been washed (and smelled as if it hadn't). The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower head was dirty. A block of soap from a previous 'guest' had been left on the bath surround. The air conditioning and heating...

The owner was very nice, but the room although looked very nice was awful. The bedding had cigarette burns, there was something growing in the ice bucket, and the bathroom had mold and mildew. The ice machine was also broken, we were promised that they would bring ice to our room but we never received any.

We arrived at the hotel and the woman at the desk barely spoke english. I showed her my confirmation from booking online. I finally understood that she had given away our room with a king sized bed/non-smoking, we arrived at 8:15PM. I asked for a room with a queen sized bed and she said okay. She charged us $60 and...
