Loved this place for a weekend visit, rooms clean, staff helpful and cheerful, best deal on the vineyard will recommend it all to all my friends in future. Very central for all local amenities and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Vicki and all her staff.

Have a look at the other reviews. Its almost like they don't want people to stay there. The rooms are very small. The TV in my room was mounted up near the ceiling. The was the strong smell of a water leak. Manager was not nice. She needs to be fired. Where are the owners of this place?

We had a girls weekend away and picked the Harbor Landing. I have to say the beds were soooo comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. I loved the big kitchen and common living room for everyone to use. We cooked dinner one night and had every pan we could want along with dishes and utensils. It is nice to be...

Stayed in room #68 which was the size of a walk-in closet. Killed 3 bugs in room during the week stay and bath linens were like fine sand paper. We called before to advise we would be traveling with a emotional support dog. After two calls and no return of the calls we brought our paper work with us. On...

This place is a dump. A dump right out of the 1940's. The rooms are very small, and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The whole building is musty and has mold all over the place. The location is not bad. The owner of this place is not nice. She must have money, because she will let you know quickly...

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. Our first week we had a good view of the park and our 2nd week we had a small room both on ground floor. The facilities were just fine and we like the parking lot just in front of the place and very closed to shops, restaurants.

The other reviews have it pretty straight. Small rooms but clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the other guests in the Communal cooking and dining room and got several good tips. The staff treated us quite well.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are average. It is located in the downtown, just off Main street and everything is very walkable including shops, dining and bike and kayak rentals. The biggest drawback is that there are no ocean views from any of the rooms. The only ocean view is from the roof-top deck which is minimal. It...

My sister and I just spent a week at Harbor Landing (timeshare exchange). There are pros and cons to staying in this hotel. Like a lot of things on Martha's Vineyard, the building is older, smaller rooms, narrow hallways and showing its age. The deck was nice but didn't have a good view of the harbor (you can barely see...

Where do I start. We booked for a 1 week anniversary stay. We thought with the availability of a kitchen area we could save a little on breakfast and some lunches. The front desk clerk was rude, unkempt, and mean, never a smile or a welcome. When we arrived she couldn't find our reservations and once she did she stated "...
