Lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Definitely this is a much better option than some of the local hotels if you need to stay near the campuses of Wellesley, Babson, Brandeis, or Bentley. Also a nice alternative to the very high Boston prices, as this lovely little house is only a 30 minute drive from the Prudential Center and Logan...

My family of 4 came to Wellesley for my daughter's graduation. We stayed in this BnB from May 24 to 27. This was the first time my husband visited this area and my daughter booked this hotel for us since it was close to the college. When my daughter booked the hotel, we were told to pay around 150 per...

I am sorry that your visit was not a happy one. Five vehicles fit easily in my driveway if all headlights are aimed at the fence, as instructed. I rarely ever have 5 vehicles here. That day, there were four vehicles in my driveway. I recall a guest knocking on your door for 15 minutes as they heard you talking...

Loved this B&B and will return. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable as were the pillows! More comfortable than any hotel or inn I have ever been in and probably more comfortable than my own bed.

We had a wonderful time in Boston and I credit our enjoyment of our visit there to the kind and caring atmosphere which we found at our accommodation at this Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were spotless and so delightfully decorated! The food was excellent and bountiful - with Margot's flair for cooking coming through with every dish - all...

My wife and I stayed here some time ago for a weekend getaway and we were pleased with the accommodations and service. We plan on returning when we each have time off and the money to take another trip.

Wellesley is one of the smaller towns outside of Boston, and as such does not have a lot of lodging options. Even if there was an option on every corner, there are quite a few things that set this particular place apart from the other places we have stayed, and we have traveled on business nearly year-round. I have read...

Be very cautious before staying here...you just may end up sleeping on an air mattress. Also, you may have to share a bathroom with several others after you've been told you would have a private bath. You also may not be able to check into your room until 10 p.m. even if you arrive at 3:30 p.m. and try several...

The husband and wife from Albany NY both posted on this site – here is what happened: This room was not ready because it was NEVER confirmed. The guest was reminded a week prior to her requested check-in date that her check and gift certificate had not arrived and there was NO CONFIRMED reservation. Still neither a payment nor a...

If you are looking for a unique experience this is certainly a great option. We were in the largest room with the private bath and found it very clean and comfortable. The inn keeper could not have nicer or more accommodating, and the breakfast was wonderful. There is no real common area and that could be a drawback but for...

I booked a year in advance for my college reunion, and followed up with an email confirming my reservation in March. This led to an exchange of emails with the proprietor, Margot --, and several redundant phone conversations about my room needs, arrival time and schedule. The last two conversations took place less than a week before my arrival, so...

Guest changed requests for guest rooms several times since her first reservation. Only the Honeymoon Romantic Room has an ensuite bath which was asked for initially, followed by 2 change orders in March of 2011, first requesting a room with 2 beds, then a smaller room would be fine. The first change request resulted in renting out the only room...

We loved this place. My family came to stay for my Babson graduation in May for a week. Margot the owner is very flexible and always willing to accomodate her customers. She was very understanding in terms of my father, who is an older man, and needs more personalized care. She even offered to give him rides to nearby stores...
