The motel has new owners and they did a great job with the place. The outside is clean and nice. The lobby has been changed to accommodate more people checking in. The pool area has been updated. The hallways are freshly painted and have new rugs. The rooms have been updated with new flat screen wall mounted televisions and desk...

Very affordable, clean and comfortable. Rooms recently updated, housekeeping great. Centrally located right on RTE 28 in W. Yarmouth. Hyannis Ctr about 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay again. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here after our room down the street was riddled with bugs. We booked online and were checked in within 20 minutes. Found a frito on the floor, greasy hand prints on the furniture and hair in the shower. It was fine in a pinch but Probabaly would not stay again.

For at least the last three years, my husband and I always stayed at the Mariner. In fact, I wrote a review on how pleased we were. Not anymore, we went up about two weeks ago and noticed a change. It was dirty. We asked for a first floor because my husband can not do steps back in April. We...

Nice rooms, they accommodated my request for a first floor as at the time I couldn't climb stairs. Pool is huge. They have picnic areas, playground, mini golf. Walking distance to some family friendly activities. A family must if you are planning on staying in the area.

Stayed her during recent trip to Cape, not fancy but clean and affordable. Indoor pool plus outside pool.Continental Breakfast, nice helpful staff. Shopping located near by within walking distance. Beach is not close though. Central location. Very clean rooms. I consider this a mom and pop hotel, which is mainly what you find in cape.

Recently stayed at Mariner for golf weekend (June 2016) & was pleasantly surprised by recent upgrades and work in progress. Outdoor areas are being worked on and rooms & furnishings (including beds) have been updated (much needed). Pool area has also been worked on and hallways newly carpeted and updated.

My wife and I attended a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent recently and were looking for a clean, basic room just to stay overnight. The Mariner definitely fit the bill. It's clean, the staff is friendly and they have a lot of amenities. The place is fantastic for families with children. They have an indoor and outdoor pool...

Stayed here last summer and had a great time so I decided to stay again. The place definitely got a big renovation, I'm guessing from new ownership. New carpet, chairs, paint, bedding, bedframe, dresses, tables, and toilets. Love the improvements! So happy with the improvements. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the mini-golf and pool and the...

Two buses stayed together for 4 nights. Convenient to tour Cape Cod with lots of restaurants in the area. Motel was clean and maid service daily was good. Evenings it was difficult to find someone at the front desk. Two pools one indoor and one outdoor, however we didn't have time to take advantage of either.

Thank Mary Y
