We were heading through Massachusetts to Maine on a busy weekend and had no luck finding a hotel at a reasonable rate, when I lucked into this hotel. Set in suburban Westminster, it's close to Route 2. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, I was glad she was still on when we arrived much later, after...

We stayed here on night of Columbus day weekend. We were pleasantly surprise with service we got. Hotel run by really heart warming lady manager who accommodate our all needs. Our room was really clean and cheap in price, nice internet connection in our room and each room has chairs outside of the room to seat and relax. Even it...

The two pluses about this place - the bed was comfortable and the rate was cheap. However, the thin comforter had cigarette burns, as did the towels, the bathroom ceiling had mold, curtains didn't close all the way, and the proprietor was very rude.

The room and the motel served our purposes very well. We needed a place to stay overnight near its location. They provided it. The toilet was an up-to-date high line model which we like to have when possible. The bathroom was not modern over all, however. The motel suffers from being old. That should not be considered a sin. The...

We stayed here for one night and it was adequate. The room was clean and quiet. Free wifi and breakfast was coffee, juice and large muffins in assorted flavors. We decided to just take the muffins to eat later and go into town for breakfast. The room was a little quirky with 3 tables and one lamp that didn't work...

This place is a dump. It sits on top of a steep hill, making access in winter difficult...impossible in a snowstorm. The rooms are tired and worn out. Even 'though the rooms are on ground level, the floors are uneven and slanted. The heat does not work in the rooms, management provides cube heaters, which you must shut off to...

The woman at the desk said "this is a nice hotel, don't be afraid". We thought that quite odd, but laughed it off. She was right, be afraid! The people occupying the 8 units around us live there full time, they cook out right outside in the parking lot, drink till all hours and are very loud, you can't fall...

awful awful!!! Greedy Indian operation. Gave our reservation to other people without informing us. When we arrived, they blame that we didnt call them to let them know that we will be arriving at 11pm !!!!! we had to find another hotel ourselves and when we check in the next day for the rest of our reservation. we wanted only...

My granddaughter, who was staying with me in the room, needed to call the front desk for more bath towels. Only two were left in the room and we needed another. When she called, the man who answered questioned her about the need for another towel. When she asked to have them brought to the room, he gruffly told her...
