I needed a room at the last minute, so this was what was available. My room was clean, and the beds were okay. The furniture was very worn and had been abused, but it was functional. The coffee was horrid, but they had decent fruit and institutional muffins to eat if you wanted them. They also sold cold sodas and...

I arrived at 11:07pm to go to my room and the front door was locked. There's a sign on the door that says to ring the doorbell or call the number listed. I did both several times with no answer to either. Eventually I left and ended up having to pay for another hotel because I live 7 hours away....

We were given a room with plenty of amenities, but it was not cleaned well--we could smell urine in the bathroom, the toilet seat was wet, and there was a dead fly in the room. HJ staff immediately gave us another room, which was nice, but a bit smaller.--no table and chairs. In the new room, we had to search...

Stayed four nights on business trip, didn't necessarily expect much, but were very pleased! Old classic motel, but very clean and in good repair. Average but adequate breakfast. Very friendly staff. Not fancy but good value for cost.

Touring Williams college and stayed here overnight for a quick trip. The room was clean in a good location close to restaurants and the school. Not sure that i would like to stay longer than a day but it was a good value for a quick trip.

I booked a 1-night stay at this motel using an online booking site. What a nightmare! On this occasion, I was a single woman traveling alone and expected the room to at least be adequate. However, after checking in, I noticed that the room had a large, open window inside that faced the parking lot. I closed the window and...
