We stayed 2 nights at the Willows Motel for my niece's graduation. It's a very pleasant 2-story motor court which has been refurbished recently, everything from the parking lot and landscaping to new mattresses, complete bathroom makeover and carpets. The owner/staff were very pleasant and solicitous, and could not have been more accommodating in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. We were there in a heat wave, it was 96F outside, but the powerful A/C unit kept the room as cool as 66F if we desired. The continental breakfast consisted of various fruits, yogurt, muffins, juices, really good coffee, etc, and there were several umbrella'ed picnic tables outside that made for a great setting. Even though we booked 3 nights and cancelled one of them after the deadline, they did not charge us for the extra night.
We did not find time to try the pool, but it looked well-kept and clean. Everything about our stay was pleasant, and we highly recommend staying there whenever in the Williamstown/North Adams area.

A Great Place Willows Motel Williamstown
We stayed at the Willows Motel on a very busy 25th 26th of June and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay at this small, independent establishment. It's just a couple of minutes from the Williamstown Theatre Festival summer theater on the college grounds as well as the Williams College Museum of Art, and just a couple minutes more to the outstanding Clark art museum, and less then 10 minutes to the spectacular MassMoCA in North Adams.

The rooms are set back from Route 2, just east of Williams College, and we noticed no road noise at all. Although we live just over an hour's drive away and visit this area frequently for all its attractions, we had never even noticed this motel before.

The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and immediately offered us bottles of water and chocolate Kisses. He is an enthusiastic and engaging host and made us feel most welcome. He signed us in and then showed us to our room, with assurances that he would be around to deal with any questions or problems we might have.

The room was large, it was perfectly adequate. There were comfortable chairs, a huge wall-mounted TV (65"? maybe larger?), brand new mattress and cozy bedding. The bathroom was clean and shiny, with quality toiletries and quality towels. It was apparent that care is taken here to check off the boxes to please guests: an extra shelf added over the toilet for personal items, hooks on the bathroom door, enough towels for the number of guests expected, clever folding of wash towels to cradle the toiletries for presentation, and then prominent placement in the room of instructions for the free wifi, a good, quiet air conditioner. It was just all there.

We went to William college , just a 2-minute drive, and then drove about 40 minutes to Tanglewood to see the area . We were back in the room just before midnight, and we had a quiet, restful sleep.

Breakfast was included and it was displayed in the office area. There was a plentiful supply of pastries, breads, bagels, and organic fruits, and plenty of hot coffee. We spent lots of time there chatting with the owner and with other guests.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and a great value Highly Recommended

It is an old fashion motel--the rooms are small but cozy, and have sufficient closet space, etc. My room came with flat screen TV, air conditioning, Wifi, and a full breakfast that puts "breakfasts" at national chain motels to shame. Also has a pool and sizeable outdoor picnic area. Not the Ritz by any means but owners make a great effort to accommodate, and is a terrific value for the price.

Extremely nice owners. Since I've been staying for an extended period of time, I got to know the 3 owners / front desk staff really well, and they've been so kind to me. Every time I ask for a towel, soap, etc, they ask me if I also want cereal & milk, and say I can take anything I want. They ask me nice questions about how I'm doing, give me everything I need, and are overall just awesome (when I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper, they handed me a whole 20 pack of toilet paper rolls for free). The rooms are nice; Room 1 has a new bed, smart TV, two chairs, fridge with freezer, and microwave. It's a great value for a great price (about $72 on weekdays), and staying at a nice place with such nice owners has been really refreshing for me. I've never had to deal with any of the common problems motels often have; to me, it just feels like a hotel. Plus the breakfast is pretty good--homemade muffins, fruit cakes, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and more. And it's only a 13 minute walk from the Williams College campus, with nice restaurants (Chopsticks, Korean Garden, Olympic Pizza Restaurant) only 3-8 minute walk away. Great place to stay!

Our stay at Willows motel was a welcome surprise ! We stayed on a cold weekend with heavy snow. The room was warm, shower was hot, parking lot was cleared early morning, the breakfast was the healthiest we've seen at any motel yet and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. 100% would return and would highly recommend !

I stayed here for one night during a weekend road trip to Williamstown and North Adams. TL;DR is that this is a very decent, well-kept motel and I would stay here again.

Check in was prompt. The manager was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful.

My room was at the foot of steps to the second level of the motel, so potentially noisy although no real issues there. The room was well maintained and clean, including the bathroom. The furniture was in good condition, the carpets were clean, and there weren't any weird smells, which are contrary to some of my past experiences in other Williamstown motels. The bed was fine.

The property is very close to a Cumberland Farms convenience store and Chopsticks restaurant - walking distance, really, although Williamstown generally isn't walkable except around the college. It is also close to one of the roads that ascends Mount Greylock.

Quiet night and no issues.

Upon check out, there was a neatly arranged spread of juices, water, fruit, and other things to eat, which is appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Motel. We arrived late in the evening, got 2 bottles of water and a clean motel room with nicely fold towels. Considering the price point of this accomodation we were very happy with our stay and very suprised by a good breakfast with fresh fruits (and oc other stuff) in the morning.

This motel is on Route 2 as you enter Williamstown from the east. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean but a little bit dark, at least on the first floor. The bed was quite comfortable. Overall, it's a good basic motel if you plan to be out and about. There is a pool in the back, but we did not use it. The wonderful thing here is the continental breakfast included in the price. They serve several varieties of fresh organic fruit, including multiple varieties of berries, apple, pears, dates, clementines, bananas etc. They also have yogurt, milk and almond milk, cereal, nuts English muffins and bagels and muffins from Panera. Coffee, juice and water too. It's very wholesome.

What an exceptional stay! The Willows Motel is a gem and we are so pleased to have found it. It is quite possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere. It’s so charming and very peaceful, we loved having Organic breakfast on the picnic tables in Garde Breakfast each morning was an added bonus, and much more than a muffin and coffee, lots of fruit, bagels, cereal, pastries. The owners are so lovely, warm, and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the perfect place to stay. All rooms are directly accessible from the outdoors There is plenty of outdoor seating, if you are traveling with others. It was immediately clear how much effort they are taking to provide guests with a safe stay,There are Following All Covid protocol Next Door Greek Restaurant you get a discount if you show the willows key It’s in a fantastic location. Williamstown is beautiful and is a great base to explore the Berkshires and fantastic hiking in the surrounding area.

This is a perfect location for anyone needing a room near Williams College and the other attractions in the Williamstown area. We were warmly welcomed at check-in. Property is a roadside motel. Our first floor room was very clean as was the small bathroom. We were told our mattress was new and it was wonderful! Slept very well. Towels were thick. A/C worked very well and not too noisy. Internet signal was good. The included breakfast exceeded expectations and included an array of fresh fruits , various yogurts, juices, cereals, muffins and breads. Overall the property could use some updating, but for one night it was fine.
