The hotel is Nice, clean and very close to the airport.
The neighborhood is not as nice as Boston but it works for anybody that is looking for fair price, good accommodations but don’t expect too much for tourism.
Would come back again if the...More
Very friendly staff, clean, close to the ferry and airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the style of the hotel, simple, modern, nice view of the harbor and airport planes. It had a community style full kitchen. Nice "lobby" area with view of the harbor,...More
We spent a few nights here recently and were massively impressed with the location. Away from the bustle of the city whilst a really easy ferry journey across the bay. The hotel is an oasis in a neighbourhood that admittedly lacks on accessible facilities. No...More

Clean, nice rooms, fabulous view.
Great location and easy to access Boston and the airport. Good parking too.
No restaurant, only a vending machine, but other than that (which we knew about anyhow) all good. Friendly staff too.

Public transit is fine, though service is scarce in some places in metro Boston (not limited to metro Boston!). I would definitely call the hotel and simply ask. Nice people, and by the way, if you cannot reach a hotel by phone and you think its because of some sinister issue - it probably is, and take your business elsewhere! The Crystal Cove picks up and calls back and are good at their jobs - the rooms are fine and all that too - humanwise it's a good place. You might not want to stay in that neighborhood because it's hard getting in and out of. They will understand.
