Let me start off on a positive note : The Edleweiss location (winter) is the best, the staff was awesome as always. Those are the only positive things about this place (winter) Boyne as a whole is a great place to spend a weekend, but only if you're ready to pay. For the amount of money spent, I expected something...

We grabbed one of the last rooms available favoring the ski in/ski out accessibility of the place. The prices were steep due to us visiting between Christmas and New Years but we figured the value of lift tickets and breakfast included with the stay might be worth it. Meh. We had plumbing problems just by flushing the toilet with water...

We stayed there last weekend. The price was pretty cheep but the place is old, toilet dripped the whole time and the pillows where pretty small. Beware the is no elevator. The room was a nice size but back to the bathroom, the shower head is for someone who is maybe 5' tall. I'm 6'1". All in all OK if...

My review is based on lodge itself and does not reflect other parts of the resort. As i said it really depends in which room you stay! I stayed here twice already. What prompt me to stay here was mainly the price which i would say was fair considering i got the splash package which includes waterpark passes for the...

The front desk gal was very accommodating to special needs. We were surprised with this lodge on Boyne property though. When we walked into the room it smelled and felt damp. The air conditioner was on full and it was freezing in the room. We called the front desk and were told it needed to be shut off completely -...

This lodge is one of the most reasonably priced places on the resort. It is not fancy but nothing beats the convenience of staying in the resort. We took the ski and stay package which included lift tickets and breakfast (awesome buffet) at the clock tower. It was well worth it and would definately stay here again.

We stayed at the Edelweiss Lodge for 4 nights over Labor Day. We knew this was Boyne Mountain Resort's more economical lodge, but that does not excuse the condition of the building. In the hallway, some of the wall lights were missing light bulbs and others were burned out. The room reminded me of an 80's college dorm. The furniture...

If you are looking for a 5 star room/hotel, stay elsewhere. This is, as advertised, the oldest hotel on the property. But with that being said, it is a very nice, old school ski lodge accomodation. Room was clean and altohough small, roomy. We had a two queen room for our family of 4 (kids 8 and 6) Booking the...

Firstly, when booking our room on line, it stated that nothing at all was available for a 2 day stay. Apparently the online booking is setup to only allow a 3 nights stay on "busy weekends" So after an hour of wasting my time, I called the general lodging number for Boyne and they said that Edelweiss had plenty of...

My sister and I had a spa getaway at Boyne Mountain last weekend. It was wonderful! We booked a room at the Edelweiss Lodge and our room was clean, cute, and comfortable, with a great view. The spa was luxurious, and we loved the complimentary activities offered by the resort - we took the free scenic chairlift ride and used...
