We thought this would be more of a German/Swiss themed resort. It was a very pleasant lodge type of feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great indoor/outdoor pool. Only complaints were the low water pressure and that out room was not made up on the overnight stay. We were out of the room all day with a maid...

The room was beautiful, comfy, and well supplied. We were there for a conference and stayed in the main lodge. The rooms were spacious, the beds were great, and it was fairly quiet considering there were several group events occurring at the time. Since it was off season only two dining areas were open. The conference meals were nicely catered...

Great room facing the slopes in mid-fall...kitchenette...nice flat screen TV...a fireplace (with a remote!)...and a BALCONY...ahhh. Good set-up for the conference's exhibit area in a room with lots of natural light from a wall of windows. Buffet meals were delicious, well-prepared, promptly replenished, attractive. Our banquet was a fine meal that included 2 meat entrees. Only downside was a weak...

We own a timeshare with Bluegreen but this is our first stay at Boyne Mountain. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with 2 balconies and a full kitchen and gas fireplace. The location was easy to find and the amenities at this resort were excellent. We had restaurants, shops, spa, golf, etc all at the location and travel...

We were invited here for a wedding of some good friends. Had such a great time at the wedding, reception, and in between just being together. Such a GREAT Time was had by all! We got to enjoy some down time and relax in the heated outdoor pool. Loved that!

This place was perfect!! We stayed at the Village at Disciple's Ridge villas/condos at the Boyne Mt Resort as part of a golf package. This was my first time there and won't be my last. Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal (which we did several times instead of going out) and a grill on the...

We took advantage of one of their package deals in early September for their "end of summer" stays. The hotel hasn't changed much over the years other than its starting to show its age. If you pay attention to the corners of the rooms everything is pretty dingy, carpets are getting down right disgusting in the elevators and hallways, and...

Dear August F, Thank you for being our guest and for bringing your concerns about your stay to us through Trip Advisor. I was able to locate your reservation in our system and there seems to be a need to review our processes. While it does show that you reported a leaking toilet in the room you were originally assigned,...

We stayed in the clock tower lodge. We didn't want to be around all of the little kids going to the water park but in retrospect I would have stayed at the main lodge if I could do over. The rooms were just okay. Beds didn't have enough pillows. Had a fridge but no microwave. The bathroom was really small....

I will say, it is my fault for not paying out the rear for a nice room (I assume they have some). I did not however, and therefore I was left in the Clock Tower. No wifi, no elevator, little A/C, no one on staff in the building. Limited access to facilities at the resort you can use. Basically, you...

Brought our 6 year olds for a 4 night stay in the main lodge. We had a two bedroom suite (top floor) that had bedrooms on upstairs level. It was a huge amount of space but the big negative was that the air conditioning didn't reach the upstairs so it was too hot at night = bad sleep. The rooms...
