Stayed here for 2 nights on a family trip. Room was quite big and clean. Breakfast was typical American breakfast. Staff were professional and helpful. Only issue was that we requested for twin beds but only double beds were available at checkin. Also note that this hotel is at least 20-25 mins drive from Ann Arbor.

This hotel is easily accessible from the expressway. All staff members were friendly and helpful - especially Debbie in the dining area. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very comforting and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the location is great. Two negatives, first the hot tub was not at proper temperature it was warm but not hot. Also my room hadn’t been vacuumed upon arrival

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is outstanding and the accommodations quite remarkable. Thank you so much to Sarah, Ed, Barbara, Melissa, Leann, Nick and all of the crew that made my stay so much more comfortable. Very clean hotel. Jacuzzi suite recommended! The pool is a great swim for laps. Breakfast is always different in the morning and I can’t say enough about such a wonderful stay. Right off the expressway and local to businesses everywhere in Brighton. I can’t say enough about them! Bravo and thank you to you all! I tried to get everyone’s names so if I left you off the list my apologies! I look forward to staying with you always!

Never seen anything like this hotel. Upon checking in, -No toilet paper in room -Pubic hair all over showers -linens with hairs -open shampoo and leftover bar soaps -No pool -sticky floors no cleaning Report them to state directly. They don’t care.

We arrived for a hockey team tournament. The staff was super nice the place was very clean and the coffee I couldn’t get enough of! The breakfast was great and the staff was very lovely! Enjoy your stay!

Overall - great location, nice rooms and pleasant stay. That said - some front desk staff was great and some very rude. Room also had soiled baby clothes left from the prior patrons. Believe cleaning staff overlooked the clothes in the closed closet I would certainly stay again and had a pleasant stay.

This place has all the same standards we’ve come to enjoy and expect from Hampton Inn. Clean, very friendly staff, super comfy beds and rooms, high quality breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel is close to downtown too. A winner all the way!

Nice staff, and clean hotel room was clean but bathroom was not so much a little dirty in the shower. Was given the ring room at check-in but did move us to a jacuzzi roombut wasn't the most cleanest.

I booked here due to the pool. The website listed the fact that there was a pool on site in multiple places and pictures. When I arrived, I was told the pool has been out of order for A YEAR!! When I asked if I could cancel my reservation, I was told I would not get my money refunded.
