It's not the biggest or the baddest KOA but it's suits it's community. Koa holiday offers this location just south of Traverse City yet north of Cadillac. It's a smaller campground. It's a No frills park. Small playground for kids. Various campsites from cabins to rv hookups to primitive camping. Good pricing. I would love to see them park a...

First time to the cherry festival with my family / extended family. This is the best KOA I have ever been to. Lots for the kids to do (including RC cars and a train ride), super clean resort and the staff was amazingly hospitable!

We had a wonderful start to our Traverse City/Lake Ann vacation with 3 nights and four days at this KOA. Deluxe Cabin 46: We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute, centrally located cabin. It had everything we could need. Kitchen including pans, utensils, etc. Full sized fridge, stove top, microwave, etc. The bathroom was on the smaller side,...

My boyfriend and I stayed at KOA Traverse City for 4 nights in August. Although it was 30-50 minute drive to many of the common attractions on the area, we are looking forward to our visit back. We tent camped, and the area we stayed was very quiet and woodsy. Although there is 1 bathroom it wasn't far from any...

We attend the Buckley old engine show every year. We opt to camp at the Traverse City KOA due to its close proximity to the engine show. All the amenities you could ever want, pool, laundry room, clean facilities, and tons of fun things for the kids to do. Whether you are in a tent or in a huge motorhome...

This was a fantastic place to unwind. My family tent camped. It was full of bugs and my legs are eaten up, but where we were was great. Private, not too far from the bathrooms and the amenities. The people were very nice. The bathrooms and showers were very clean.

We camped here in our travel trailer. The campground itself was well-maintained. It seemed like an employee was always checking and cleaning the bathrooms, or just driving around the campground to make sure everything was in order. The location as far as distances to area attractions is pretty good. 45 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes and about 20 minutes to...

We stayed in one of the Kabins on the grounds. We had a clean tub to wash the kids in, a fridge to keep our food cold without having to worry about ice. Our beds and linens were clean. lovely time and great camp ground workers

We stayed at the Traverse City KOA for a few nights, the cabin was nice, it was also clean upon check in. My only complaint is the wifi connection wasn't very good. The campground was nice the staff in the store was nice.
