Being exhausted when I checked in after working all day, I thought I was getting a weekly deal, you only get that with 5 nights not 3, the room sink of incense and cigarette smoke, the bed spread had holes melted from those cigarettes, even though it is a not smoking room, the plumbing takes forever to drain, every time...

At about $60 with tax, the Cadet is a lower priced choice in the Coldwater, MI area. It is spartan. The rooms don't come with alarm clock /radios. Room doors open to the parking lot. There is a BBQ restaurant next door and a Culver's across the street. Many more restaurants in the area. My room door rubbed, and caught...

We were attending a Renaissance Faire in Angola, IN, and local places were booked or more expensive. We figured it was a small older motel and that was ok with us. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable; the room included a mini-fridge and a micro-wave, small tv, a good number of hangers in closet area, free wifi (ask...

I was passing through in the middle of the night and needed a place to crash for a while. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. A room cost me $44 and the front desk guy was polite and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great and the room was clean. If you need a place to sleep for the night and...

Yes, the motel is older, but our room was scrupulously clean. I did air it out as the air sanitizer -- commonly used in an upscale motel where I stayed earlier this month -- was too much. Comparing the cost of this motel (and it's convenient location) with others in the area, it was a bargain.

I unfortunately got this MOTEL through Priceline paying MORE than the price if I would have booked direct. This is no hotel. It is an old, smelly, DIRTY & outdated MOTEL. The only redeeming quality is that it's located on the main stretch BUT they have a small and difficult parking lot & with the restaurant sharing the parking lot,...

Although I can't recall much about the room, I visited this place at least a year ago. All I can remember was that the inn introduced me to the music of Tony Bennett on PBS! They were showing his "Duets 2" special, which came out when Tony was 85 and a half.

I stayed here last weekend as I have every year for the last 5 years. The price has gone up. I used to pay $39+tax, this year it was $55+tax. I got there at 3 as I always do and there was a sign on the door saying ' we are out back cleaning'. I thought it was strange but...

I chose this motel to stay for one night on my way from Indiana to the UP. The price was good and it was a local operation as opposed to a chain. When I called for reservation, I had to call back because the woman was outside cleaning the rooms! When I did call back, she thanked me, which made...

We often travel south on I-69 and need a place to stay. Coldwater is our usual exit. We chose the Cadet Motor Inn due to the reviews and the price as we only needed 8 hours in the room. For this choice it was great and we will stay there again. The room we had seemed to be newly remodeled...
