Apart from the river view practically everything about this property is rinky-dink and not worth it. Question you have to ask yourself is, how much is it worth it to me to have a fabulous view of the river and Windsor, ON across the river? Being a Platinum member I

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. While there we had several episodes of poor maintenance. There were water leaks in one of the meeting level restrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors. The TV and water flow was stopped on monday night for a few hours. How can such a premier hotel have

To walk over is fine. To catch an uber after an event at LCA walk across to the Fox theater. Much easier and quicker for Uber to pick you up.

Yes, it is an easy and safe walk in good weather. UBER is a good option if weather is bad. You can also take the PeopleMover train. There is a station in the RenCen. Take the train to the Grand Circus Park stop. From there it is a short walk to Cobo. That is also a cool area you might enjoy seeing as well. Have fun in the “D”.
