Stayed here for one night in July 2015. The hotel has several things going for it - a great location, with easy access to Greek Town and the various sporting stadia; very helpful and willing staff and huge rooms. However, it is difficult to escape from the fact that the hotel is in major need of major refurbishment: the bathroom...

I picked this hotel because of it's proximity to restaurants and other amenities. I found out that is only one of it's best features. Being right in Greektown means there are numerous restaurants, bars, bakery, convenience store, not to mention a casino. So there is always something safe and easy to get to. My traveling partner was going to an...

PROS: Beautiful hotel- the rooms were huge! We came in for a wedding and there were four of us in our room- me, my husband, and 2 teenage boys. CONS: I thought the staff had said there would be a sofa bed in our room... But it was just a very narrow sofa- no bed. We got to the room...

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It is close to Ford Field and Comerica. The hotel was clean and quiet. The suite was nice so we could watch tv after the kids were in bed. A nice big bathroom with a nice bench to use at the sink. We parked across the street Ina parking garage for $20....

I can see why this hotel is pretty popular, it is located in the middle of everything. With that said I could not get over the weird layout of my room. I felt like my room was just big for no reason. The bed was modern but then everything else was sooo oldschool. Staff was super nice and the shuttle...

Located in the heart of Greektown, my concern was parking. They park your car in the safety of the Greektown casino enclosed lot. Perfect. Lots of near by places to eat with all hour night life. Room was spacious. Two large HD tvs, one in sleeping area and one in living room. Big spacious bathroom with jet soaker tub. Bed...

We spent one night at the Atheneum on a baseball road trip. The room was gigantic and clean. The hotel lobby is so cool and the whole place feels like an elegant throw back. Great location to Comerica Park & they even have a shuttle if you don't want to walk. The bellman who took our bags the evening of...

This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was awesome. Greektown casino was across the street. There were many places to eat nearby. The hotel was nice enough, pretty large room, but the ac didn't cool off the living room area. Fairly loud in the rooms from hallway and other rooms.

We got a suite for $130 and it was worth every penny! Large living room, huge bathroom with a large tub. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities were solid. Very friendly staff. The only draw back was the free continental breakfast. The had cereal, no milk and muffins in plastic bags. I have seen better spreads at...

It was my first time in Detroit and I didn't know much about the city. I had to stay for two days after attending a meeting and I wanted to take advantage of the trip so I could see what the city had to offer. Their guest service person was on point and she gave me great recommendations. We took...
