I can't say enough great things about the Sylvan Inn. The owners are very friendly (and make an amazing homemade breakfast) and the accommodations are very clean, cozy, and relaxing. Loved everything about this place and already looking forward to going back soon!

Booked this Inn on the TA recommendation and was not disappointed. In an excellent location for downtown restaurants & shopping as well as trails etc. Great welcome and warm friendly environment. Breakfast was good but thought other American Inns have offered better in my experience...More

The B and B is just a block away from Lake Michigan and in the charming little town of Glen Arbor. Accommodations were very nice and the homemade breakfast was delicious ! Location is close to Sleeping Bear Dunes.

We were in Room #3. It had a room A/C wall unit mounted up by the ceiling. I can't speak for any of the other rooms. However, according to their website "All deluxe rooms have private baths, seating areas, in-room heat and air conditioning control." I would make that inquiry before booking a room.
