disappointed on how small the largest suite they have. no laundry room, no complimentary drinks besides coffee and water. front clerk could of been alot nicer to us considering we never visited this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding night. When we made the reservations we ordered the "romance package" and reserved the "king suite." We showed up in a tuxedo and wedding gown. The room was nice, but as nice as advertised, and definitely not as nice as the price suggested. The staff had forgotten to put the romance package...

2016Oct porserviceMichiganGrandRapids very poor service for the price, needs to be updated, not clean at all, chairs in the dine in area are old and very dirty, need new ones. I thought it would be a great hotel to stay at since I stayed at a Hampton in Nebraska. Had a very good experience there.

My friend and I stayed one night to attend a family event. The hotel seemed new and clean, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good. My only very small complaint was an issue I had with the shower massage head. That being said I still appreciated and enjoyed the shower massage.

Great stay! My King suite was amazing and there was plenty of space for me to spread out and work. The room was very clean and the floor was quiet. Check in was nice easy and fast. When arriving late, parking was limited unless you want to park in the back.

One slow elevator and no laundry. You have to walk to the hotel next door and you can use theirs. It all would have been okay except the price was jacked up because of the weekend. People were nice. Breakfast was good

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was understaffed. The whole 3 nights I was there, they didn't empty the garbage cans on the floor in hallways once.
