    My sister and I took a road trip and stayed here! What a beautiful place, so quaint and lovely and friendly people! Recommend it to anyone! Pool and out cottages plus hotel, many amenities! Upstairs over looked the lake!

    Yes, the water is a block or so away. Plenty of sidewalks. We did not look for a hiking trail.

    They were the work of the wife of the owner. The husband, wife, and one son were killed in an aircraft accident last fall. The wife's name was Trisha Brown.

    When I was their the entire east building was torn up. The manager said they were adding twelve of them. She said the owner takes personal pride in the hotel and has been doing nonstop renovation for the past 5 years. I hope... More
