I enjoyed my 5 day stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the house was nostalgic (it is an older town and house). I really enjoyed the owners who are down to earth good people that are very personable. There are five bedrooms with two baths that are clean, but simple - nothing fancy, remember, it is an older house. There are air conditioners in the windows that keep the room very cool as needed during the 80 -90 degree summer months. Clean towels and washcloths are available. The rooms are very quiet. There is also a nice relaxing sun room. Breakfast is also simple cereal, pastry, juice, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and a variety of fresh fruit. The price is very reasonable, and the tax was/is included. As I mentioned, the owners are very nice. I came from VA and happened to leave some new and very expensive shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I called the inn, and they were more than happy to send it down to me. I even offered to pay the shipping, but they insisted it was okay, that they would handle it. You just don't get service such as that anymore. I would definitely return to this quaint, simple, "ordinary" inn again if I happen this way. Thank you for the memories and kindness showed.

We stayed at this property for a week while visiting family in the summer. The rooms are quiet and each is air-conditioned with a window unit. There are two bathrooms for five quest rooms - we never had a jam at the bathrooms. We rarely saw the other guests. It was very quiet at night. The host is very friendly and talkative, so expect some pleasant conversation, especially at breakfast. There are no TVs. There is wi-fi, but it came and went in the room we were in, and was not strong enough to watch videos. Since we spent most of our time with family this did not bother us. Beds are all singles. Very comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. The best thing was the price - so reasonable for a week! Breakfast was cold - fresh fruit, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, pastries, coffee, tea, and a couple of juices, yogurt a couple of days. Loses a star because the window a/c was noisy and let in a few bugs. Otherwise fine. We will go back.
