We stayed for 3 nights in November with our 2 kids. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Especially the staff in the breakfast area and the front desk. Breakfast was nice with various options. The room was clean and updated. However, controlling the heating was an issue - it was always too cold or too hot - could never get it comfortable. Pool area is nice, but the air is hot and stifling. We had to open a door so we could breathe easier. Fitness centre is great. All in all, we definitely would return. It's a nice hotel and a great location!
