Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Mediocre at best snowing outside only cold water in the shower/bath no attempt to fix issue. You would think a suite would have the expected necessities. This happened after 3 attemps to check in but the room was not ready on time. I had to wander around town to find something to do after my flight because the room was still dirty.

The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms was clean. Had a nice breakfast. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. There was a Tanger's outlet that was right in front of the hotel. The swimming pool was also very nice.

Was given keys to a room that wasn't cleaned. Was told by desk that there wad confusion about what rooms had been cleaned. No working ice machines. No coffee in rooms. Stated they ran out. Breakfast was good

Stayed at Baymont Hotel to attend a wedding and was very surprise how clean, and friendly staff. The hotel is located walking distance to outlet mall which was nice and it was only 15 mins from where the wedding was held too. Since we were out and about majority of time, felt very secure, rooms were very clean and again staff members were very friendly and eager to accommodate us. thank you.

Came to town the night before I was to have surgery. Needed to be close to hospital so I wouldn’t be risking being late. Arrived shortly after 3, went inside to check in. Front Desk attendant was in another room(I’d assume managers office) and had to be told that there was someone out front. Didn’t greet me when she did come out front, looked at photo ID and credit card, handed me room keys, had me sign the agreement to not smoke in the room. That was it. No info about whether pool was open or not(I had come assuming not, due to COVID), no info on if breakfast was still available. Very monotone when advising stairwells on ends of building and elevator in middle. Got to the room, and zero lights were plugged in. Had to move furniture so we could plug in lights. Discovered mounds of wrappers and trash behind the night stand. Carpets looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few uses. Fridge was barely cool, thankfully we didn’t have any need for refrigeration.

Selected hotel for location and price. Location was right off the expressway I-96 and was adjacent to a Outlet mall mall that was enjoyed by many of the families that we traveling in our group. You could walk from the hotel parking lot.

I can't fault the staff, they were pleasant. But this hotel has physically gone downhill the past few years. Rooms are dingy, pool was a murky green, place had a musty smell. "Hot breakfast" was a few plastic wrapped pastries. Coffe was warm at least. The "accessible" room was a hot tub in the room with grab bars at knee height. Staff did their best but we won't go back.

This hotel is a filthy run-down dump. Broken windows, green pool, black mold in pool room. Comforters lumpy and wore out. Blood spot on sheet, just awful. Residents living at the hotel leaving the security doors blocked open all hours of the night. Rooms falling apart, chairs wore out. Stains on the bedskirts. Gross!!!! Employees lazy. Stay clear of this place!!!!

The front desk people was great, but the rooms has a bad odor to them. do not change the sheets on the bed just pull them back up and leave them lumpy. this hotel is just not my cup of tea. te work out room had machine that do not work. My room was next a boiler room with big mirrors on the wall by boiler room (CREEPY)

I Booked reservations in the front desk staff said I was broke and canceled my reservation. I left out because they wouldn’t reason with me for a 1 night stay in the young girl was demanding 200 dollars from me long sort I called corporate to fix it they covered for the staff. With in 20 minutes i drove to The holiday inn next door from them and book 2 nights in they costed way more than Baymont

This guest is upset because they walked in stating they dont have enough money on their card for the 2 nights they booked and they wanted to change it to one night. This tells me there is not enough money on the card to cover incidentals, should there be any. We require either a credit card to be on file or a $200 cash deposit that would be given back at checkout for incidentals. The guest could not provide either therefore we could not fulfill the reservation. This guest is now posting bad reviews in retaliation.
