In the back row of complex are all ex-felon males. The next row is mostly Latinos. All of them are able to stand outside in groups of 8++, be loud, play music, do drugs, drink, bbg etc out in the open for all day and evening and management never says anything to them. Me and 1 other female set outside her room for only a couple hours just taking and the manager drives back threatening to kick us out for congregation.

Place is an independaent outfit showing it's age. In spite of that I had a quiet confortable night of rest. They apparently cater to the semi homeless from what I saw. Perhaps as much of a shelter as a motel. Alchol sold by the bottle in the lobby. That's a first for me.

Serious safety incident
Trama and Emotional distress is all my family got. Discrimination, segregation, treated un civil. A lot of good people housed with the bad..Chris or Amier do not care if you are harmed in your stay, THEY ARE TRYING TO RUN A BUSSINESS...A sad situation our County feels its less harmfull to house people there than tell these people to F off..Had to put with with assult,3 police reports, my 9 year old seuxally assulted while told to play by where the house inmates from prision. And not to lose a roof over our heads even the police knew to not go to front desk, although it was for MY SAFETY, knowing he would automically evict me. So I had to put up with 3 weeks of harassment and living in fear. Tenants are treated like filth.God forbid you be a CHILD, there..Discrimination to its fullest. They could care less of disabilities, or being human in general.

C'mon people! Sure the room was a little musty and the decor is dated, but the hotel is by a bar, and we always had quick access to a bottle opener while on the john. Well worth the money in Howell Michigan.

Chris at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met. The rest of the staff were nice, but the room smelled like an ashtray despite being non smoking and was just dirty in general. There were dirty dishes left in the sink, the refrigerator was falling apart, the microwave didn't work well, and the tv didn't work at all. The room definitely didn't look like the pictures on the website. Oh, and despite what the website says, there is no longer a pool. Also despite advertising as an extended stay hotel, kitchenette rooms are not available. I definitely would not recommend bringing children here, it is a very unsafe environment. I saw open drug use several times.
