After seeing all of the 4 and 5 star reviews, I was looking forward to experiencing this B&B. We stayed in the African room, which we chose mainly for the king bed. The linens and bathroom were clean, but overall the room we stayed in and the common areas were pretty dusty and very cluttered. The breakfast we had was...

What a great experience here at the Cozy Koi! Great food, great hospitality, and just overall a good experience. The owner cooks a great breakfast and gives you your space and is just one of the sweetest gals. I stayed here three nights and Diane was great with on where to go for dinner and just where everything is located...

Our overnight stay was delightful. Very nice, clean, comfortable room. Diane is a wonderful host, glad to help with suggestions, directions, etc. My wife's eyeglasses broke and Diane glued them together for her! How great is that! We highly recommend Cozy Koi if you're going to be in the area. Thanks again, Diane. Hope your surgery goes/went well.

My mother and I have a comfortable African-decorated room with a large private bathroom. We were treated to delicious breakfasts and a delightful hostess. This is a delightful spot in downtown Lansing.

My husband and I stayed one night at Kozy Koi. We had a ground floor room with Kingsize bed. The bed was a very comfortable memory foam bed. Diane, the hostess, was very friendly and made us feel right at home. She cooked us a delicious breakfast - eggs, bacon, homemade jelly and muffins.

Beautiful room and awesome breakfast :) (Especially the french toasts with raspberry jam) Diane is the one of the easiest person to talk to and very helpful. You will not regret it if you choose this place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was a business trip for our family. We really appreciate her hospitality.

Enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep and was served a fabulous breakfast that included home made preserves from the property. Diane makes booking and arriving a breeze. Within minutes we were happily ensconced in the African room. If attending another function in Old Town we will definitely return there to stay!

I am, when I look back at my one night stay at the Cozy Koi, all smiles. I was in Lansing for a convention, and a little stressed out. Diane was able to make my time less stressful by offering conversation and fresh raspberries from the garden. She also upgraded my room to the Heart Room since it was available....

It is undeniable that Diane has a gift for hospitality and a passion for serving others as she opens up her amazingly decorated Bed and Breakfast. We were staying as a business team and needed to utilize the whole house for 3 days of training, debriefing, projecting, and planning. Not only were the house and room accommodations beyond expectation (at...
