Don't let the exterior fool you. This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Very high value for the money. Perfectly clean rooms and very nice and modern furnishings. The staff were professional and friendly, especially Karen who was so helpful upon our check in.

I was at a convention this past weekend and although it was great. The checkout process was a circus!! The manager Sandy was very rude and degrading to Lisa at the desk. Sandy needs better manager skills. Everything was under control and we were getting the request we asked for until Sandy came screaming that Lisa was fired and needed...

Stayed here while attending the Grand River Rumble in July. Only real issue was that the refrigerator was frozen, we unplugged it and thawed it out on our own. We did arrive early so the kids could swim, but the pool was down for a few hours. Once it was up, no biggie. Hotel is big, continental breakfast, a lounge/bar....

45! that's the number of bedbug bites i can count right now in my body after spending one night in this hotel. this is a reason enough to never go back to this place and hopefully this review can help someone avoid this pace as well. because having all your body with itchy red spots all over isn't fun at...

Very pleased with every aspect of my stay(s). Comfortable bed, spacious room, good internet. Service and front desk way above average. Convenient location. Will stay with them on all my trips to Lansing.

When I ask specifically for an ADA barrier free room, a 3 inch ledge on the entrance to the shower is a big deal. I asked for a roll in shower so that I could roll my chair in without a problem. Additionally, please consider that raising your beds up on blocks for extra height in an ADA room makes...

We stayed here because of a Lacrosse tournament. NEVER AGAIN. I'm not sure if it was due to them being overwhelmed or what but they seemed unresponsive and unconcerned with issues. The facility seemed clean enough and the location wasn't awful as far as convenience so I gave it 2 stars...but we reported our shower broken at 9 am after...

This was a "stay to play" tournament meaning the all the teams and families were staying here, and the hotel knew in advance about the event and all the people. It took over 45 minutes of waiting in line just to check into this hotel. The front desk has massive problems with almost every reservation in front of us, the...

Went here for the Michigan little miss princess event. Rooms were comfy. even with dozens upon dozens of kids the place managed to not be too loud and they kept it really clean in public areas. Which must have been quite the feat considering the amount of people all over the place at all times.

We were driving from Chicago to Toronto and it was time to stop for the night. The price was right, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was great - and wonderfully clean! The next morning the 2 girls at the desk helped us fid our way to the correct expressway, and sent us off with all the confidence we...
